Hot.. Good price if you like it.. personally I really don't like it at all and get cathedral city light instead.
Love this
Tastes nothing like a cheese
Works well grated in a sandwich or on a potato. Not brilliant on a cracker, but a good healthy option. Cheese is expensive so hot for this price
I love cheese and I eat too much of it - and this is not what I wall really call cheese - but then again it's not *awful*.

I think it's ok for £2 and it's not a bad idea at all to switch to foods which are lower in fat and sugar at least part of the time. I seem to remember this stuff actually melts for cheese on toast - a lot of low fat cheddars just go black when grilled.

I'll get some while it's on offer but definitely wouldn't ay full price for it
25% in Cheddar anyway and Cheddar in probably more nutritious.
Tastes like feet, if you like that sort of thing.

Unless you're planning to enter Mr Universe there is no need to cut all fat out of your diet. Some fat is essential for long term health.

Asdas 50% fat cheddar is a better option if you're on a diet or have a lack of portion control (raises hand :)).

35% fat in cheddar vs 3% in this. I think this is slightly healthier...

It's all in moderation. Fat is not "unhealthy" for you. We need fats for hormone production and essential maintenance for our bodies. Fats have the biggest impact on our mood than any other food types. Consuming excessive amounts of fat is the "unhealthy" issue. But large quantities of anything isn't good for us. We need protein for our bodies to function properly. We need fats for our bodies to function properly. Carbohydrates are much less important than fat and protein.

Sugar companies have spent a lot of money convincing the world that "low fat" is the way to go. Try our new "low fat" yoghurt that is packed with proteain and totally healthy for you. By the way it has over 20g of sugar in it.

Saturated fat, however, is not essential.
Nope, fat acts as a barrier/lining and thus reduces inflammation.

Of course if you are overweight you might have too much lining anyway.

Moderation is obviously a problem for a lot of people which is why this is a good replacement for standard cheese.
Isn't it funny that the obesity epidemic can be traced back to when the low-fat guidelines came out in the late 70s/early 80s.

Saturated fat is not the evil it has been made out to be. Do your own research and you'll find many recent scientific studies showing positive health benefits. Moderation of course is key.
This cheese is great, might not be the tastiest but at least you can have a meaningful amount without consuming 100s of calories
Great cheese for buff veggies. Tastes and melts fine. If you disagree I will fight you.

You don't want none of this! I have trained UFC for over 10 years! Most of the time I beat my Mrs when we wrestle. Which is more impressive than it sounds as she has Viking heritage running through her veins and is a bit of a unit like.
