generally fat is good for you.
its the carbs that are the problem.

i dont understand why less fat is a good thing in food in a balanced diet.

Saturated fat and simple carbs is unhealthy. Unsaturated fat and complex carbohydrates are healthy.
This cheese is fab, heat added

Agree fully that EXCESS of any nutritional component is not good for any body.....but saturated fat is still
Important for the body in regulated amounts

I personally like to eat food as it is I.e normal cheese, in moderation.....your body will make full use of all the components, and the fact that cheese has no processed sugars makes it a perfect, appetite suppressing (I.e less calorie consumption overall in the day) snack / part of a meal.
I’ve brought 2 blocks of this in the past and both went mouldy very quickly while still well within date. I even sent pics to the company of the state of the mouldy cheese, they sent me vouchers to get more of it, I think I’ll pass thanks!

Cheese is loaded with salt and it's a processed food made from concentrating milk, which by the way is designed for a baby cow.
Nothing wrong with fats or carbs, both are staple micronutrients in a good diet. Calorie surplus is the problem.

Yes, “processed” to formulate it, but no artificial additives and chemicals.....and although reasonably high in salt, that is per 100g.....and that is a fair bit of cheese in one portion......

I wasn’t commenting on it’s digestability, which varies from
Individual to individual to be honest....everyone has a different tolerance to the milk protein and of course lactose, and ability to digest both.
Picked up low fat cheese a once or twice over the years when i have been in a rush when shopping. Something i try to avoid as low fat cheese is bloody rubbish for melting, so no cheese on toast! What good is cheese if you cant make cheese on toast!

Anyone interested in ultra low fat cheese should try this from Myprotein at £1.39 for 350g after using discount code EVERYTHING. The smoked version is great
