Not sure if this is a deal or not but I've just received an email offering 10% off if you submit a 'best offer' price on an item. Minimum spend £25, maximum discount £50 and valid until 31 December.

How to redeem your voucher:

Pay with PayPal; and

With ebay to get the best offers you need to have low activity. I have a separate account that I rarely use which gets sent offers all the time however my more frequently used main account gets few.

Not so sure on this. I have 1 account which is very active(3-4 purchases a week) and still get this offer and others all the time.

Same here - especially seller discount deals - I've used a few of those lately and they keep sending me even better offers - the last one being 100 free listings and 75% of FV Fee!

I still hate ebay though.

I got this last month. Bagged an iPad Pro for £495 with it so was chuffed.

You donyt actually have to make a best offer. You can use BuyItNow and get auto 10% discount. If item is £500 you could use this code to get for £450 without having to bother with best offer.

dont see the point of these deals. if you get sent the email you already know about it, if you don't get sent the email you don't have the code so aren't eligible for the discount so what's the point of posting these deals? voted cold

They favour accounts with less activity, not eBay addicts! I have 3 accounts one had 4 purchases and no sales they send vouchers to encourage use.
