Cold 🥶

Why not £1
Cold!!
£2 for me and useful to me personally, heat
Does this mean listing fees or final value fees?
I had this also, good on high value items
Really people it makes such a diffrence 1,2 or 3 pounds in fees when you sell item worth hundreds of pounds? Its still waaay better then 10%.

So I'm guessing if you went to a local shop for a bottle of coke or something and they said £3 please you'd be cool with that? We're used to this offer being £1 so I'm not gonna vote hot when they up it to £3. That said it's every other weekend and so I expect next weekend to still be £1.

If it saves £7 on a £100 sale then it's a good thing

Wait until the £1 fees come around then, as a regular private seller, I'll take saving £7 this week and make more money, than to wait another week till the £1 sellers fees comes around. I will take advantage of both

What if you're selling an item worth £30. You save nothing with this.
How much would a fee be if the item is £20

I suspect most people sell a higher volume of lower priced items, so the £1 FVF is better value. However, if you are selling high value items, then a pound or two doesn't make that much difference.
You save nothing if the item sells for £30 or less over the std 10% FVF. Worth waiting for the next £1 FVF promotion, which if they stick with their recent strategy will be next weekend. Cold from me.
Heat...just because of the stupid comments above
heat.
i just posted this in discussions as knew posting it as a deal you will be crucified lol
it's great for high value items if you didn't get £1 tgis weekend.

The difference is the same. But over 100 items which this is for is £200.

This is hot deals UK, if you're fine with paying more then I think you need to find another site

if you can wait for 2 weeks then fine, some prefer to have cash flow moving instead while still making a big saving.

And i know what site this is, thanks.
I suspect they are running an experiment to see if people will accept this deal vs the £1 or £2 deals
I'm also wondering if I accept this deal they won't give me the £1 ones in future??
Hmmmmmm

That the best you could do. This threads getting worse by the second.
Everybody just go back to bed and get out on the other side, hopefully there’s a wall there

You bright me down to that level. It's pretty bloody simple. This is a sh!t deal and most agree with me, hence it's freezing in here!

I didn’t you “bright” you down to that level, you were already there 😄
Link goes up a blind alley for me, but this is a good deal depending on your items for sale.

For those that don't get access to the £1 deals then this is a good opportunity.
Coldest deal I've ever seen
Was this only for today? Worked for me yesterday but not showing up on my eBay atm

I thought it was a cheeky move on their part. I usually get the £1 offer, I tried to activate for weekend, but failed, then yesterday got this offer. Is it a coincidence. Hmmm :/ :/ I agree if it's a higher priced item, it's worth it, but thought along the sane lines as yourself.
It's ok if you have one very high priced item you want to shift ASAP. But if you're selling many items around the £20-30 mark, it's cold as ice.

How about having many high value items? Ridiculous statement.

Not that many average private sellers have "many high value items" and if they do they're also better off to wait for the £1 fvf.. So not even slightly ridiculous. Thank you for your input though poppet xx
If anyone else activated this check that it worked... I activated as had a couple things to sell that it would have helped with ... only to notice it had disappeared from promo offers.
