Also free on gumtree

Who wants the unwashed masses knocking on your door?
No you still have to pay 10% final value fee.
But no listing fees upfront, I.e insertion fee etc.

My message doesn’t say anything about final value fees. Only listing fees

About 10%? I only ever sell a few bits & bobs if the £1 Max FSF is in place. Its too expensive otherwise.

The free listings is just a few pennies saved so not worth it

I sell mobile phones on ebay (believe it nor not) and I only ever sell when there is a £1 final value fee promotion.

I'm currently selling a....
Note 8
Axon 7
And a Mi mix 2.

(just a comment not an advertisement)

I'd like to know why your listing is cold and on 30th March the same offer went crazy hot, what's the difference?

But that was a £1 final value deal as in when you sell instead of being charged 10% you only get charged a quid...

This one however means you don't get charged listing fees but still get charged the 10%

Different posts my friend

The fees actually 12% now plus the ~3% PayPal take
I have unlimited listings a month and I get the £1 FSF deal every single time it runs out (so I have it 24/7), thought this was normal for everyone but apparently not if there's always posts

You seem to be missing the point completely. This thread is a non deal as it only covers the listing fee which is always free, in practice. The hot deals are the ones which refer to a cheap final value fee. The final value fee would normally be 10% of the final selling price but is often reduced to £1 or £3.

Never saw the point in these emails might save a few p, only way you would save to your benefit is if your listing 1000s of items.

My point is some ebay listings go hot while others go cold. If you have an ebay account they message you on ebay and via email to inform you anyway.

The reason why the £1 Max FSF goes hot is cos you can save many hundreds of pounds & with your deal you might save pennies yet will pay for it with FSF
lindus24 m ago

I've NEVER taken up the free listing offer from eBay. Only the deals where FSF is considerably reduced.
Is anyone actually selling anything on ebay at the moment, at a profit level worth the hassle.
Heat added for op taking the time and bother to post.

I am, and doing quite well.
You have to be savvy but it's working.
Ebay will kill itself eventually by pure greed,so many free sites now to buy and sell on.
