i’ve had one of these for a while and it’s a great charger. great value with the batteries too
"Charge Battery Freely", is quite misleading if they later state, "please charge the batteries in pairs ONLY", "and for that reason, I'm out".
There's a typo in your deal title:

"Inc 4x2800mAh AA and 4x1100mAh AA" ,<--- should maybe read

"Inc 4x2800mAh AA and 4x1100mAh AAA"
Better to buy the 7 day shop charger 1-4 cells can be charged or discharged to establish capacity and wear using selectable modes and charging rates. Individual channels allow cells to be capacity matched for more efficient use.
4 pairs at once thats great for the price, im all in
On the above image it is showing 2 x AA at 2800 mah and 2 x AA at 2300 can anyone confirm?
It looks decent value but I would prefer a digital charger. The batteries are also going to be somewhat dubious quality, my skeptic sense is tingling. 2800mAH is a capacity even the best NiMh AA batteries do not hit.

There's optimistically quoting capacities and then there is obvious marketing BS like this, I would rather they label them as whatever they really are and it would still probably be a good deal.

Still, saying this for a cheap charger and cheap batteries it's better than spending it on single use batteries and tossing them into landfill as usual.
Any suggestion for alternaive battery chargers? Happy to order from China even if it takes a while to be delivered.
The picture on the website shows the deal (4 x 2800 mAh)

which one?
Batteries are good - I've had these and a non USB charger in motion lights for a good 3 years and still last ages.

Can you recommend a similar alternative please?
The nightcore D4 seems fairly useful, does lots more than my previous charger as it does 18650 and other sizes of lithium cells, the one I had was a BC 700 but they don't seem to sell it now. A YC4000 looks similar and the BC 700 and BC1000 are available elsewhere having done a very quick search.
