not sure about the brand, but for a b-ray it's a good price

This has already been posted. Thought to be one of the Momitsu models momitsu.com/bdp…tml

And multi region for Blu ray. . .

To enable Region A Blu-ray playback:

1. Make sure there is no disc loaded.
2. Enter: 973501 on the remote

To switch back for Region B playback:

1. Enter: 973502

The 5th digit (0) is the dvd region code, 0 for multi or 1 - 6 of you have a dvd with enhanced protection.

Why would anyone buy a no name brand when you can pick up a Philips or something for under £100 and get a £10 voucher back when the offer is on at Argos.

Because branded machines can't be handset hacked for Blu ray, you can chip em for a large fee but that's all.

because its multi region, so well worth the price

I guess multi region might have a small following but I would imagine most people will be using UK disks and prefer a trusted brand i.e Sony not Phony.

You can also make the Phillips Multi with any easy hack

Actually the Phillips hack is only to make it multiregion for DVDs.

Even so, I'd personally go for that rather than an unknown brand.

anyone got one and can give us a review?

nice one steve, pm me when you get it if its not to much trouble,im very very tempted, but wanna know if the upscaleing quality is good or poor, and the pic quality on blu discs too.
have a bit of rep too

am interested in this cos theres quite a lot of blu rays i want that havent got UK releases yet-Kevin Smith 3 pack, dexter season 3, Halloween 2007, so a multi region player for blu-ray aswell as DVD would be very useful
