Why wouldn’t you get a warranty? It’s a serialised and registered part?? Keep your receipt and go directly back to manufacturer (Amazon)...?

Wow an alright deal from Maplin.
Won’t get a warranty though once they’re wound up.

A pyrite deal.
Now if Jl price match I can order ,nearest stock from Maplin is miles away
Buy this with credit card, and something else to take it over £100, and section 75 should apply
Not that worried about the warranty. I'm more worried about Maplin actually fulfilling the order.

Doesn't work that way - it's a single item value of > £100. Section 75 wouldn't apply here.

But also this. Even if Maplin weren’t going under I’d still claim against Amazon themselves

Can’t chargeback something that isn’t there anymore
When can chargeback be used?

Chargeback can be used in cases of goods not arriving at all, goods that are damaged, goods that are different from the description, or where the merchant has ceased trading.

which.co.uk/con…ack
Decent price but the retailer is an absolute shambles.

For the sake of saving a few quid just buy off Amazon, you'll get no quibble returns, support via chat and a better experience
If yoy wait a while you can buy Maplin for £95 instead
