Great value! We pop in quite a bit with the kids and saves us a fortune on entry fees! Open to All of Cornwall, and Devon postcodes TR, PL, TQ & EX

Winter is here, and so is our Locals' Annual Pass! Get yours for just £7.50 for one year, or £12.50 for two years. Our winter festival, A Time of Gifts, starts this month, and we've got some very special visitors joining us this year - Father Christmas and his reindeer arrive on 23 November! Plus, with ice skating, magical lantern processions, live music and delicious festive food and drink, there's something for everyone at Eden this winter.

Hot from me. We take advantage of this every year. It comes in handy with the ice skating season to avoid the massive entry fees!
Possibly Winter is the only time worth going. I've been once in September. Never again. Charging that much for a glorified garden centre is a complete rip off.

Even my 70 year old Uncle who lives in St Cleer hates it.

Obviously ok at this price for locals.

Lol... I wish we had your garden centre by me! You obviously need to appreciate exotic plant species to enjoy it at eden! Personally I like macro photography, so I enjoy it all year round!

Quite often there's entertainment and activities for kids. A good day out and educational, but depends if you can have an appreciation for nature or not. Can't please everyone now can we!
Ooooo my postcode is TQ

Hot from me!
Hot from me, get one every year and great value for money!
Looking forward to visiting the tropical zone at some point in the depths of winter.
Heated.
I was going to post this a couple of weeks ago, but struggled to class it as a deal seeing as though they have increased the price by 50% on last year!
IMO, Its worth for one visit in life, but can't go each time unless you are studying biology!
That place sucks.

Lame place, moderately warm deal.
Went for the first time this year.
Once is enough for me.
Overhyped.
Been once before, and was worth going to see the building etc. But I think if you've been once, you don't need to go again.

But there will be those that this will be a good deal for.
Been there twice now at least, while on holiday in Cornwall, love the place. Shame I didn't live nearer!

Hot from me.
nice one
I always wanted to go there, but been postponing it like forever. Conrwall is far away from here. Can anyone tell me when's the best time of year for a visit and what is there interesting to see in Cornwall apart from The Eden Project? Thanks in advance.

I live in Cornwall and the best weather seems to be late march early April. Loads to do here such as National Maritime Museum, Lost Gardens of Helligan, all the little fishing villages, mine tours, Minic theatre and lots more!
What amazes me, is this is hotter than when i posted the deal back a few months ago for a £5 for locals ( no emits o r lol ). I thought people was watching the pennies as we was in a recession? Obviosuly not! lol! Stil its a good deal, and notice when i read the email from them.

This is a local deal for local people
Thanks ourdevonfamily, have bought a couple of tickets, I'm sure we will vist Cornwall sometime over the next year to make use of our tickets.
A heads up for any other non SW visitors, If you buy a regular ticket, i think it gives you free access for 12 months.

Depends what you like. Yep - rhodo/ camellia/ azalea in flower time is well worth it if you're into gardens (April/ May). Some pleasant National Trust gardens/ properties dotted around (Penzance, Truro, Bodmin, Newquay). St Michael's Mount. Best of all IMV is wandering around the quaint little old ports & villages but OUT of season. Beaches galore. Eden Project for me is worth 90 mins of your time, repeated a few times during the year and a good place to take the kids for an undercover walk when it's raining but easy to say that when you have a £5 annual pass lol. Coastpath all the way round Cornwall, get some walking in! Standing stones etc all over the place. Watched repeat of this last night bbc.co.uk/ipl…st/
OK, its apparently more than last year but if you plan on going there how can this not be a hot deal?
only for locals would have been interested to go
Amazing offer, thanks for posting
just thought i would add my comments for those wishing to go, but cannot use this locals pass. Eden project is a must see, ive been a few times. This is a place where you can spend all day seeing exotic plants that dont grow in this country, there is so much to learn! I love going every time im down in cornwall and cant wait to go back. The people who say its boring clearly dont know how to engage their brains in intelligent learning activities
Never been to an attraction as boring. Unless you love flowers and plants give this one a miss. Cold from me
Went there last year, huge disappointment, Italian garden looked worse than mine, (and I'm no gardener). Also was surprised to find that the café takes up about 25-30% of the floor area in the golf ball trio. Remember also that tropical jungle is mainly green with brown bits holding up more green.

Lol, shows the level of intelligence you have there mate. I give you a hint to what its all about, its in the name!
Is there naked women walking around with fig leaves covering their personals ?

You've have to "register" your tickets for this .... there are terminals to do this in the entrance building - so you'll rget regular Eden Project email updates in perpetuity! Certainly this was the case ~3 years ago - I registered our tickets just in case we went again and turned out we were in the general area again 364 days later!
I live in Devon and with this annual membership and National Trust membership, we have a huge number of places to take the kids out at weekends. Bear in mind NT also lets you park for free at some good beaches too. Packed lunch and a bit of money for the diesel and it's cheap days out all year round! Living the HUKD dream!
They run the same Local Annual Pass deal for £5.00 every January.
Went there earlier this year, my university paid for it but still complete rip off I thought.

Voted hot though.

This is one and the same, but the price has increased. Still fantastic value and £5 was too cheap IMO (not that I wa complaining)

Agreed. We live across the bridge in Devon but normally sign up to the £5.00 deal in January. We missed the deal this year though :-(

Actually as it's says in the title 2 years is £12.50, so in fact the saving was only £2.50

I got mine in march. Thou i think with price increase all around, this could be the norm from now on, rather than £5 local deal.
Scorching!
