Worth a look.

nice find op

I am only an average gardener but feel that prices are unjustifiable. As a registered charity I cannot see how they could fail to make a substantial profit with the admission and food prices that they charge. It turned us off visiting Hegelian.

"total rip off" is a bit strong. I agree that it's not cheap, but it's not like they make a profit. And most plant-lovers love the place. I really should make an effort to go more often. I work from home <20 miles from the Eden Project, and I keep meaning to spend the occasional day working from the tropical dome.

Englishman we went yesterday @ a cost of £25 each and we all agreed that it was only worth £5 and a total rip off for all food & drinks as well.

And if you have nothing to offer but abuse then I would suggest refraining from posting on this site until you've learnt some manners.

lol are you sure we don't live in the same area :). No chance of finding any deals in store unless its in poundland. Trying to find at least 1 a day but not easy. I use the offer of the day but plenty of people use that and so many deals I want to post are already here. Well done on posting the deals and that's flamedeer prize was more than deserved seeing how many you have posted. Hopefully, a golden flamedeer will be thrown in my direction this year lol :)

Haha I'd love to take a break, but I find deal finding a bit addictive :| , especially since giving up smoking. I was a bit addicted to 'online' window shopping before; because I do a lot of my shopping online, but now I have the ability to put this browsing to some use on hukd it's made me even worse. oO I normally find a couple of deals a day, but yesterday was awful... I literally was sat here all day and found nothing with any decent stock levels worthy of posting. I'm not sure about the 'better sources' thing..... I live in the middle of nowhere, I have no shops on my doorstep and I'm a 100 miles from the nearest big place with supermarkets and big shops... all I have is the internet and my insomnia at my disposal.....lol X).

lol take a break but Im gutted I missed the towel rail deal you posted. None in stock in the nearest 10 stores near me. could have really done with that. That smiley was a wink. Finding it tough to post deals. As most sales have finished and just offer of the day deal. You have better sources than I do. ;)

must......resist......tempation heat for the spare ribs

Oh ok... lol.....wasn't sure about that smiley.... Its a kind of a bit unsure looking....lol... dunno.... I think I'm a bit hukd'd out today, especially now I'm seeing things in smiley faces X) .... I've been looking all day for deals and found nothing at all... . I think I need a good cup of tea and a darkened room. No worries X)

Job done! So sorry and thanks for making me smile! (Do I mention proper nouns need a capital letter or the spelling of 'your'?!...

dammit hamish, edit ur post to close your brackets. i just wont be able to sleep tonight!

The same could then be said for anyone visiting anywhere that isn't local?! I'd love a subsidy to visit attractions across the country because I have to pay to travel to get there and stay o/n. I still wouldn't be able to afford the time / cost though so arguably it is better to encourage people who could visit regularly?

Visiting Eden costs a fortune for anyone living 'up North' and the S/east - in travel costs, accommodation and entry fees. If anyone should get a subsidy it should be those - not locals living within spitting distance.

Thanks for the reminder - one pass from our family has run out and I love the Eden Project. The holiday activities for children / little ones are fantastic (It was Room on the Broom at half term and there is a Gruffalo 15th birthday celebration next May half term 3rd - 5th which might be of interest for some!) Also Eden at Christmas is magical.-the best ever visit to Father Christmas - as an adult it brought the magic back and real reindeer too!

We went in July for first time and tucked the gift aid to get free annual pass. We live 5 hours away but we are going to try and go back at least once before they expire. At the end of the day it's a day out and free! Heat added xx

It's the same as paying the normal ticket price you just look for the gift aid box and tick it!

I live 15 miles away; the tropical dome is a great place to hang out on a cold winter's day.

how much is ticket with gift aid?

Best book Santa V V quickly. I think I got the last two tickets for a weekend slot earlier thanks to OP who jogged my memory - I'd wanted 3 but only weekdays left before the schools finish! DH is happy to sit in the cafe drinking coffee anyway - bah humbug to him!!

I got mine in march. Thou i think with price increase all around, this could be the norm from now on, rather than £5 local deal.

Actually as it's says in the title 2 years is £12.50, so in fact the saving was only £2.50 :3
