Seems strange to expire a cheaper deal, not everyone is bothered about speed of delivery

I suppose it's a personal preference. I rather buy @ play.com than Amazon.

Still shouldn't be expired though, leave that decision to the consumer as some would prefer amazon (maybe)

I used to prefer Play, but after they sent me a DVD drive in just a jiffy bag(however they have improved some packaging since), and I had to go through their RMA process.
I've decided to use amazon more often now.

Also Play.com don't have to follow the Sale of Goods Act, as they are based on Jersey.

As of 01/09/09 (tomorrow), there are new laws coming into force in Jersey which are for all intents & purposes the 'Sales of Good Act'

Play have been hiding behind the fact they don't need to follow the Sale of Goods Act for far too long. Hopefully Play.com will update their T&C on their website tomorrow, otherwise they'll be breaking the new law in Jersey, where they like to remind us they're based :whistling:
