So BHS went bankrupt.. These are called British Home STORE and claim trading since 1928. Yet on their website the main logo is spelt wrong as BRITISHOMESTORE. Am not sure what an Ome is? Wouldn't part with my money personally

1928??? Fake news....

"Launched in September 2016 when a small team of 15 put their hearts into keeping the BHS name alive, evolving it into the brand they knew it could be."
Just ordered. Thanks

This is a bit like Rangers Football Club, they were founded in 2011 yet claim they were founded in 1872. It seems if you tell the lie often enough it starts to become the truth.

Some good lights at next if you want a more reputable company

next.co.uk/sho…ice

Or maybe look at Homebase
Not dissing the deal

But just wondering how much you could actually see with 28w bulb
See why they went bust, selling overpriced ceiling lights.

Think You've wandered into the wrong thread Timothy, surely you should be looking into deals for "obsession"

Don't be factious lol. Rangers were really founded in 1872. Shame it was because of bankruptcy they had to redo at 2011
These lights are much darker then the photo. Sent mine back
When I add the discount code it shows with a cross through it and doesn't discount the price.

Went to my basket again this morning and the discount was applied.
Received mine yesterday. It looked to be a return as the fittings bag was ripped and tape ripped on boxes.

First thoughts are that I can't see how this would be any better than the supposed DIY store vortex fittings. It's quite heavy with the bulb housings fitted and can see why they recommend securing to a joist. If you ever damage the key you're in trouble, or even if the nuts become tight over time due to heat expansion, then the key may struggle to remove without breaking.
