Not usually a fan of chinese watch brands with misleading names but..

Myota automatic with an interesting case design for £59 seems like it might interest someone. Can't find out what the glass is made of so assume something less than Saphire, but for £59 would not think that a show stopper.

Nice looking watch. Never heard of the brand. Are people just voting cold because there are tonnes of watches2u deals being posted?

Cheaper watch brands tend not to get a lot of love. You may as well buy them from Aliexpress for 20 quid as its roughly what they go for.
Personally you'd be better saving a little longer and getting a quality item like a Seiko Automatic, which are higher quality and highly regarded, as well as often the first watch with a lot of collectors.
Last time this was listed at this price it went hot, but this site is fickle.
Would be interested to see a watch on Aliexpress for £20 with a myota movement, personally doubt such a thing exists.

Yeah, being a bit unfair there, Chinese Autos with a decent movement cost a bit more than £20. I have a Xiaomi youpin W001M that has the Miyota 821A and it went hot at £50-ish. Might be the brand/lack of forum chatter putting people off.

The Watches2U reviews are generally favourable, though one person says the buttons are temperamental.

*Can see this Edward East EDW5340G3 on Amazon (with reviews) for £99 (also Watches2U) amazon.co.uk/Edw…CZ2

Quick discussion on Watchuseek here
- the comment "Going by appearance, seems an asian catalogue-parts-assembly thing. Reviving an ancient name and putting gold-plated, faux-fancy, quartz-chrono watches.. very common thing." probably clinches it.

Would be more tempted by a Pagani Design from Ali at this price point to be honest, as I said at the top I am not really into chinese watches with misleading names but for a half decent looking watch with a miyota movement I figured this was fair value.
It’s quarter to wu.

Accepted that Seiko are decent, but I prefer the look of this particular watch generally. It has a passing resemblance to Zeppelin watches.
Tourbillon at this price is hard to come by, why would anyone vote cold

It's not a tourbillon watch. They're impossible to come across at this price.
