This seems like a really good deal for existing mobile customers of Orange T-mobile or EE.

- £2/month for the first 12 months up to 17Mbps broadband.
- Line rental saver at £11/month (actually £132 up front)
- 12 month contract
- Weekend landline calls
- Unlimited Data

Total price £156, which seems extremely cheap anyway. BUT Top Cashback are currently offering £101 cashback on any new broadband package

Therefore, if the TCB comes through its £24.70 for a years broadband and line rental. I would be interested on peoples thoughts on EE as a broadband provider, or any alternative deals.

Edit: Updated to reflect new cashback rate.

Nearest alternatives I've spotted are

- Plusnet for £3.50/month with £70.70 cashback.
- Talktalk for ~£2.50/month with £35 cashback.

Wow, what a bargain!

TCB was like £136 recently,I got it for £131 though after getting an Orange sim card and a fiver on it,saves so much money just doing that to be an existing customer.
Oh I think you can only get the cash back if paying for the years line rental upfront though, someone correct me if i'm wrong.
EE have been good so far,can be poor connection but it tends to be at like 1 or 2 in the morning, not peak times.
It is so cheap with the cash back I would recommend.

Looks good

Not that great a deal, TCB regularly offer £136.50 for this, so you're missing out on £30+ if you do it now.

Doesn't seem to specify at the moment. If you got £136 cashback, that is coincidentally the same as the line rental saver - so maybe that was the promotion at the time.

I had a nightmare switching to them,no broadband for 6 weeks, but good service since.

I've checked Google cache and apparently yesterday the cashback rate was £136.50. I can't believe this deal wasn't posted before? I must have been really unlucky with starting my search for broadband...

Do I wait for it to go hopefully back up or buy now?!

At the time it was £131.30 which was about two weeks ago and then in the last two days of the offer on TCB it jumped to £136 something, lost out on a fiver but oh well.
Over £100 isn't to be sniffed at anyway,EE have be good so far.

Does TCB pays at the end of the contract, I never got mine for EE

If you can cope with the awful service should you need to talk with them.

It would have to be for exsiting mobile customers, something for them to use when there mobile has no signal! EE should be renamed NN nothing nowhere!

No, it wasn't the promotion at the time.

TCB regularly offer £131.30 for normal members and £136.50 for Plus member for EE, it has been posted several times.

Had excellent service from EE (Orange) broadband and only left because of their P2P F.U.P.

Same deal as on MoneySavingExpert except you get a £100 Amazon voucher instead of the cashback.

You can use deals like this when phoning your new/existing supplier to lever out a better deal.

It's definitely only for existing mobile customers, it's £10/month more for non-EE mobile customers! oO

Thanks

I switched from sky to EE for the same deal last week.Got my £131 TCB that brings my annual unlimited BB expense to £24 what I used to pay for a month with Sky. So far the EE service has been good.

worst broadband i have ever had. Reminds me of dial up days. its cheap for a reason. If you use internet for gaming or streaming, this will have you pulling your hair out. You have been warned.

I would be carful with this company
As we are currently having issues with them'! My husband rang for a quote' and the lady on the phone gave him a good deal' but he told her he would have a think about it and speak to me when i got home' so the lady said '' i will save your quote on our system' but they signed him up! Without his consent! and the first we knew of this is when we had a letter from our sky saying ee had brought us out of our contract!! We could not believe it' we are now in the middle of sorting this out.!!

You do realise that the broadband service is provided by Bt with EE branding. So if its slow on Ee it will be the same on any other provider that has BT underpinnings.

this is tempting . thankyou for posting (_;)

I'm an existing ee broadband customer and my contract ends this month, so if I cancel and then sign up again via cash back will I count as a new customer?

TCB is back to £13.30 for normal members, £136.50 for Plus members.

TCB cashback is back up to £131.30 for the next 3 days. topcashback.co.uk/ee-…nd/

iliketodeal
My contract has just expired and I was wondering the same thing, but I am on a better deal than the basic package, that was £20 discounted to £17 for paying line rental upfront.
