I've been waiting for a deal to join EE similar to the £9 Virgin one with 5gb data, but as nothing has been seen I decided to call to see if they'd match it, but they wouldn't.

However, CS said their 4GEE Max Plan with 12GB data and Unlimited minutes and texts is on offer at £15.99 until 22/1/18 with free BT Sport and 6 months of Apple Music. It shows as £19.99 on their website.

I won't use half of the data and have Spotify so I declined, but nothing cheaper was offered.

Pay monthly, Sim-only for 12 months.

Hope this helps someone.

I get 20gb for same price and extras so worth trying to get a bit more out if them.
Is the BT sport for 6 months or the duration of the contract?
Cold for me. I get 25GB for that amount per month. Max bundle and that was via the phone and retentions.
U can get the 30gb unlimited everything contract for £18 if u have UNiDAYS 20% off a y contract

can i use unidays on top of this?
I’ve just signed up to this exactly deal but for £19.99. Slightly annoying.

Give them a ring, I think it's within 14 days you can change the contract
Might be the best you can get at the moment. EE thru uswitch seem to have put the brakes on 30gb for 15. When does that error deal 64gb for 16.20 for 12 months reach maturation. Are you all grandfathered into the deal because EE could lose a load of customers at that point.

The ones with this-BT sport and Apple music. Didnt want the Apple music, so they credited me for each month of the 6, and took about £8 off each of them months.
I took the £16.99 unlimited minutes and texts and 6gig of data with EE with £30 cashbook every 2 months last March.
Wonder what they will offer me to stay.
Thanks, got it over the phone for £15.99, but they wanted to sell it at £19.99. It was only when I said no thanks then, that he went away to get approval
Cold, last year I had £90 Amazon voucher + 16GB of data = £19.99 but managed to upgrade 6 months later to iPhone 7 Plus at half price (I mean £20.99)
Does EE allow Tethering on Sim only plans like Three Advance 30 GB Sim only contract?

Last year? What if last your you got a TB for a penny? What relevance does this have as to whether this is a current good deal?

I hate it when people get a great deal at some point and then vote cold because future deals don’t match it.

This is currently the best EE deal and is the best for a while.

Flawed logic and unhelpful to HUKD as a service.

Yes. You can use all your data to tether in the UK.

So to become an existing customer you have to start somewhere and so this deal is an excellent way into EE so people can then tell us next year how they got a better deal than the current new customer deals.
Phoned twice and they wouldn't give me 15.99 said it was for existing customers. Same thing on online chat. Had my PAC code ready to go as well
So, here is what I learnt from today's call with EE Customer care.. 15.99 deal is for someone who is currently in EE prepaid scheme.
So, you can first switch to EE prepaid day 1 and on day 2 switch to this contract to get this deal.
The agent also agreed if did So, they can't deny 15.99 deal.

Hope this helps! Let us know if this worked. I can't risk doing this way as I travel a lot weekly to EU and need lots of minutes.

Just to confirm, I am not or have ever been, an EE mobile customer.

CS offered this in response to me asking if they'd price match Virgin's £9 5GB SIM only deal, no haggling whatsoever.

wheres this deal for £18 ?

I signed-up this afternoon after failing to get the £15.99 monthly price reduced by removing Apple Music. I always feel like I've been shafted on mobile contracts, a lot like the feeling after you've ordered double-glazing.
