I did a search and couldn't find any threads on this but EE offer Orange Wednesday to ALL customers including T-Mobile. Previously it was only on offer to Orange and EE customers.

All our customers can get 2 for 1 cinema tickets on EE Wednesdays. You just need to request a special code that we'll text to you.

When you get to the cinema, just show your text ticket at the box office and you'll get your 2 for 1 cinema tickets. You can use your codes at all these participating cinemas.

HOW TO GET YOUR 2 FOR 1 CINEMA TICKETS CODE

MOBILE CUSTOMERS

There are two ways to get your 2 for 1 ticket code if you're an EE mobile customer:

Either download the EE Film app then request your code from the cinema section. The code will come in a text message which costs 35p
Text FILM to 241 from your EE or Orange mobile. You’ll get a text straight back with your code - the text costs 35p.

EE BROADBAND CUSTOMERS

If you’re an EE home broadband customer you can get 2 for 1 cinema tickets, too.

First you'll need to register (if you’ve just joined us this can take up to five days)
Text JOIN and your landline telephone number to 60005. So for example, JOIN 0207 123 4567
Then just wait for our text back confirming you’re registered
When you've got the text back, text CINEMA to 60005 from your EE mobile. You’ll get a text straight back with your code - the text costs 35p.

EE MOBILE BROADBAND CUSTOMERS

If you're a EE mobile broadband customer, follow these steps to get your 2 for 1 cinema ticket code:

If you haven't already, load your EE mobile broadband connection software
From your SMS centre/connection manager, select the text messaging option and create a new message. (Your quick start guide shows you how to do this if you're struggling.)
Write 'FILM' in the body of the message and send the text to 241 (texts cost 35p)
We'll send you back your code. Show it at the cinema box office and collect your 2 for 1 tickets.

USING YOUR 2 FOR 1 TEXT TICKET

When you get to the cinema on a Wednesday, show your text ticket at the box office. They'll take down your code and you get two tickets for the price of one.

You can use your text ticket at all these participating cinemas.

Is this definitely working on t-mobile now? The terms and conditions you posted only talk about EE and Orange as far as I can see.

Original Poster

It says at the top of the page it is applicable to the following customers:
EE
Orange
T-mobile

on the ee page the t-mobile is greyed out.

It's certainly strange to write 'ALL of our customers,' but I'm not sure anything has changed.

Im on EE and tried to get the code few weeks back and wouldnt let me.

I think you have to be a 4G customer, or have home broadband from them

Yeah doesn't work for lowly T-Mobile customers, have to be on 4G (or at least that was the case last time I tried to get a code in January)

Thats the message I got aswell, but on their website it doesnt specify 4GEE customers, it just says mobile customers (which I am). Easy way for them to get 35p a time and not issue codes
