I unlocked one a few weeks ago for a quid off ebay.
Am I missing something here? When I was a lad 79.99/12 equalled 6.67. Have things changed? Is this something to do with inflation/deflation?

No, it was my dodgy explanation due to my enthusiasm to post yet another deal getting voted cold.
Per GB not Per Month. You need to divide by 24... Both then and now
can some explain this deal please ? thanks sorry for hijacking

And a very unpopular one at that. I thought it was a good deal for that amount of data available for that long. How wrong was I!

it is a good deal, I wouldn't be put off, this may be considered a niche purchase to your use case. 24GB might seem low for an entire year etc, or people will say you can just tether. However for what it is, seems good to me.

Ah, the missing link...

That is a tenner for the mifi then you take a rolling monthly contract available as follows:

Data options
- 1GB for £10 per month
- 3GB for £15 per month
- 15GB for £20 per month
- 25GB for £30 per month
ah OK cheers but it let me reserve one and no mention of signing up for a contract or rolling one at that.
Do these have a sim that can be removed as I wouldn't mind having a sim out of this and putting it into my iPad Air cellular

Yes you can place in ipad but you must cut to nano size
Expired now. As an alternative, you can get the £10 deal with a month for £10, then buy pre-paid 6GB EE data SIMs which are £15 on Amazon, and last 3 months. So £20 + (4 x £15) = £80.

Where from please?
Can anyone say if they had the same issue.
I purchased the 24gb ee osprey but when I opened the box it had a 6gb sim valid for 90 days only. Am I missing something?
hi there I don't know if I'm being thick but it says 24gb valid for 12 month but all you have to do is top up and surf.so does this mean you have to pay more than £79.99 before you can start surfing the Internet.
thank you

It says it comes with 24GB preloaded so I would guess it's just the way they've written it.
