More of a heads up really just received a text off EE (i didn't text anything to get this) saying

Congratulations! You now have 200 FREE mins for the next 14 days to call ANY UK landlines or mobiles.
to check remaining minutes text bundles to 450

If i got 200 free minutes i don't see why other EE Orange/T-Mobile PAYG users shouldn't get this too i'm sure 200 free minutes will be useful to a lot of people

Edit: just to add you don't need to text anything to get this it's automatically applied and you get a text telling you you've got free minutes

This is automatic there's nothing you need to text to get this repeat you don't text anything this is automatically given to you and you receive a text telling you, you have free minutes

This must the strangest freebie that I have ever come across. There is nothing for one to do to get it, EE tells you you got it free by text, so you know already. A bit like telling folks here you get free bin liners from the council, you don't have to do anything and the free bin liners come automatically and you would know about it when they are popped through your letterbox.

Lol, a text that says,"Congratulations, you now have it." So flipping obvious, why you need a clue, lol. It's just too easy to be true. But true it is.

Obviously not for the Orange part of EE

It's account specific. Not everyone would have received the offer. They send these types of things out every now and then to selected customers.

No I am still not convinced. I am sure a EE are carving a bit of my soul for it, nothing is just free when it comes too EE. They should be rebranded we take Everything Everywhere from Everyone

I haven't received anything on my PAYG EE sim. Don't think this is a real deal

I'm on the Orange part of EE I assumed it was available to everyone under EE if it is account specific I wasn't aware Orange/EE ever did account specific freebies. I'm on an old off peak straight PAYG call plan so don't get any free minutes texts or other stuff with top-up's

you must live in one of those grotty northern towns, where the poor people chuck bags of rubbish in to the street for foxes, birds and only old weirdo to rummage through.

Free bin liners, I've never heard of such a thing.

I got this text message as well. Does it work? Is it real?

I've lived in a number of places in the North and Midlands. Never heard of free bin liners from the council. I assume it must be a London thing.

We get plenty of free bin liners from various charities, they kindly give us two or three a week.

yes this is true i'm an orange/ee customer payg,I got a text on the 4th june saying the same 200 free mins.....already used up 30 mins out of it,and this is on my spare phone which i don't have any credit on at all until ee gave me these 200 free mins,my friend has also had this, just to clarify it does work.
