Cold, I'm not you.
Just trying to help out those that are nearing the end of their contract.
what plan were you on before? I'm going to try and ring up again. not been getting any deals whatsoever less than £15.

Hey. Was on unlimited calls/texts and 2gb data for 12.99 then went upto 13.15 in march last year.

I'd advise you to request PAC code then wait for a call a day later. They were not having it at first then they called me back and offered it.
Why didnt you go for 3? Seems a better deal.

This one is 30 day rolling and I'm not sure how reliable 3's 4g is.
with three my 4g data was amazing. I only changed because of the deal I got with a different network.
Seems a good deal to me. Heat added.

hi. my contract finished and now I am on a rolling contract . I have got my PAC code since last week so will wait for the call.
I requested my PAC on Saturday and was offered (and accepted) this exact deal today. Heat added.

I was also offered 2000 mins / 2Gb for £9.50 (12 month deal) which was very tempting too. I mentioned BT Mobile offers (which don't allow tethering AFAIK) and they came back with these if it helps anyone in the same boat!

Thanks for posting the deal op. Don't take the cold votes personally. A lot of people hate EE. Well pretty much everyone whose had to deal with their after-sales staff. A really bad company but I appreciate you got a good deal out of them. I just hope you don't need to contact them again for help with something.

It's hard to think of any mobile phone company that actually provides good support. I have been with all the major carriers at one time or another and have left them all at one point due to bad service. It's the nature of the industry I guess.
ee. worst network I've ever been with, crap signal, Poor customer service, can't wait for my 2 years to be up, back to 3, should never have left.
I got 18GB data, unlimited texts/calls for £15.99pm on a 12 month contract recently. Quite happy with that.
Thanks - rang up and told them I wanted £11.99 for unlimited texts and voice and 4GB. They would only offer that for £16.99. Got the PAC code last night and the call from EE this morning saying they could offer the £11.99 offer for the life of the contract on a rolling 30 day contract. Happy with this and means I don't need to worry about it every year.
Nice glad it helped you!

So it's a lifetime contract?

Obviously goes up by a few pence every march so once it hits £13 I will renew lol.
Just got this deal today they rang me back after cancelling my line and asking for the PAC code excellent thanks OP
I rang up and requested my pac code. They rang me back the same day offering this deal but for 12months. I have 30 percent friends and family discount so should i be holding out for a better deal????

Do they let you use the family discount on the retention deal?

And 12 months is good. I would have accepted it.

They said they were prepared to let me have the friends and family discount along with another small discount to take it down to £11.99 pm. I didnt take the deal at the time but i rang ee today to accept it but they Now tell me they cant give me it as the offer isnt on now.
Is anyone still getting this deal. I rang ee today and all they offered me was 4gb plan for 16.99. That deal is online for new customers without f&f discount.

Read an earlier comment. They were offered the same, requested their PAC and then were rung up a few days later and offered a better deal. I can't say for certain that will happen, but it is usually what happens and then they offer a better deal generally.

You won't get through to the team that offer these when you call back. You should take it when offered. Maybe wait a month, get a new PAC and try again?
