This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

So I gave 30 days notice as I was on a max plan with loyalty discounts and corporate 20% off but they have now changed their policy and you can't have both so gave 30 days notice and got a call and offered this deal:

100GB a month, unlimited calls and texts plus 2 swappables for £20 a month.

Swappables are:

1. Unlimited data for music stream
2. Unlimited data for video streaming
3. Roaming outside of the EU in USA, NZ and Australia plus a few others
4. BT Sport app

You chose 2 of the above and can swap every 7 days.

Plus 6 months apps music and 3 months BT sport casting to large screens

All seems a good deal to me!

Typo in title. Unlimited data means on only music and video streaming.
Great deal really. That’s £83 on a new phone 🏻
Very impressive. I hope i get that in November.

I think you need to change that in title then..its very misleading
How long is the BT Sports for?
Corporate....
Not bad, but looks like its luck of who your EE rep is. Anyway heat
Nice, they offered same plan but 50gb to me last month.
I have just sent this link to EE via livechat in the hope of changing to it and they have said these details are wrong.
I knew they would say this as they always seem to offer different 'offers' to people, dependent on who you speak to.
Basically good luck to anyone who tries and gets this, some will and some won't. If anyone else gets this, could they please let us know so i, at least can call back and try again.
Thanks OP, this is a good offer.
I am on Sim only MAX plan 25GB, unlimited min/texts, for £26 per month.
EE no longer do MAX on sim only, so i would be interested in the OP's offer...
BUT...
i find most months my usage is mostly within 10-15gb and thats using music apps, so the 100GB would cover it no end.
The main reason for me keeping the MAX plan was the fact it includes USA roaming, so it's good that, that is now a swappable, but the MAX plan also has giving me speed over 100mb (keep in mind this is 4G), the deal in the OP's offer is prob the Essential plan with the addons.
I am sure they will phase out the MAX plan in time now that the 5G plans are rolling out.
I'm on 25gb smart plan with 1 swappable benefits working on to get free bt sport as add on paying £16.60 monthly had £24 credit on my account as well
I wasn't able to get 100GB on the 30 day rolling contract, but did manage to get the 12 month sim-only 100GB contract for £20 earlier today, guessing not quite as good due to being locked in for a year but still happy. Was asked if I wanted any free add-ons, unsure if they are the same as the swappable add-ons listed here however.

Like you say max plans are long gone. This is smart plan.
I moved to Vodafone Red Entertainment 40gb - their customer service is rubbish but it’s been faster than EE most of the time.

I know speed is subjective based on time of day, area in use etc etc but it’s been better than EE for me.

I value good customer service and am willing to pay more for it if other things like speed, coverage and addons are equal.

EE’s customer service was almost as bad as Vodafone in the end so it eroded a key differentiator for me to the point where the switch to Vodafone was viable.

I appreciate others might do better than me but the decline in customer service was noticeable and marked.

Then click 'Edit' and change it
Wait, I can’t use corporate discount anymore? EE can kiss me goodbye at the end of the contract.

What are you having to chit chat to customer service about for that to be a deciding factor? I speak to them only when having to renew, thats it!

Incorrect billing is the only thing I speak to them about outside of renewal time but how they conduct themselves during the renewal process factors in.

This time around, they offered a max plan for renewal but without roaming in Canada or USA. I asked them how it could be called a max plan without the roaming, as according to their site, max plans include the roaming.

They stuck to their guns so after lots of calls back saying the same thing. If they had said it was the essential plan with an add on, at least that would make sense but they were adamant that it was my max plan that they were renewing but I would only lose the roaming.

Treating customers like mushroom is poor customer service in my opinion. Others may not agree with that perspective and that’s great that EE can meet their needs.

This is what the networks are doing, taking what once they gave you for free, breaking it all up and now drip feeding it you for a cost.

Go for for the best deal, all of the mobile networks have no scruples and would gladly charge you to put the phone to your ear if they could.

Agree with your observation of degraded customer service of EE.

No willingness to listen to customer. I had huge (and continuous) issues with network strength, but they were unwilling to listen. The only thing they could offer was pac.

Well, vodafone's gain.

£16 a month for 40gb after auto cash back from mobiles.co.uk - cheaper than the £22 a month on EE for 20gb per month.

I use 15gb per month tops but am usually 5-10gb a month.
I would like to see if this really is a smart plan with swapables i was told by ee this is not available as a smart plan and this deal was infact an essential plan 100gb data unlimited calls and texts £20 no swapables at all think we need to see confirmation email or somthing showing this is a smart plan
£25 for 200gb via bt retentions. I don’t have the swappable option but I do have by sport app for the duration of the plan

Don’t need to prove anything. Take it or leave it. Makes no difference to me.
Essential plan is so bad , I have 12 months plan and internet so slowly sometimes I think EE went in to shi...t. Been with EE last couple of years and never such a trsffic sometimes not openning page a lot of times in peak time when needed .

I totally believe you. I don't trust any of these phone companies. If you are able to give any more details or something anyone else could use as a lever on EE, it would be appreciated. If you'd rather not, then no problem.
Cheers either way.

This is a standard plan not one of those new smart plans
I'm on £20 pm SIM only 20GB + 5GB addon free as I'm also with EE broadband. EE texted me the other day and said I have have the 27pm 50GB package for same price but 100GB instead. Glad I waited.

Also I was on EE MAX before this contract and it was way faster over 100Mb, I get up to 60Mb now and afaik you can't get EE MAX plan anymore, so anything you get now is distinctly slower.

I managed to get a 12 months smart sim plan with 1 swappable + 100gb data on fastest 4g with unlimited mins and texts for £25 via upgrades. Also I have a shared sim for an extra £8. I think this is good deal hope it helps someone when trying to haggle with upgrades.
Phoned as i was looking to upgrade data, seen a good deal for bt customers 15gb including bt sport for £18.
Best EE could do was 20gb, £16 but no bt sport. Not for me. Someone else on this was also offered the same.
Time to ask for my pac code

Who do you think you are? If you want the deal try and get it, if not then leave the OP alone, or call them out.
ofcom.org.uk/abo…ext

EE go live 25 June, as it’s to be active ‘by 1 July’
I’ve been told it’s not possible to get this deal for £20 a month and was told by retentions after being put through they can’t physically offer it for that low and the person is lying. They could only actually provide it £30 a month.

I think it’s possible the OP had loyalty discounts not associated to the plan which made the price go lower.
Edited by: "S23" 9th Jun
For the same price you can have unlimited data on 3 with data usable while roaming in over 70 countries hotukdeals.com/dea…440
Has anyone else been able to get this deal? I tried both on webchat and on the phone as was not successful
