EE SIM Only Deal @ Fonehouse. 20GB Data & Unlimited Calls / £25 a Month (£7 After Cashback) / 12 Month Contract - £300 (£84 After Cashback)

Refreshed 11th Feb (Posted 9th Feb)
Requires a bit of effort to get it down to £7 a month as this is a cashback by redemption deal. Granted some people don't like redemption cashback deals.
You pay £25 a month but receive cashback by redemption on months 3,5,7,9 & 12.
Total cashback is £216.

Bills need to be send by post not online.

Always told us they had broken one of the conditions even though they had not amd then refused to pay. Give it a go if u want, i wouldnt.

Does not sound promising..
How is this a deal?
three recently offered unlimited everything for £20

Also EE CS is poor

I have existing EE sim only and out of my contract.

How do I get this deal?
Would I have to get a PAC, leave EE and join another conpany for a couple days, before taking this deal?

I pay £12 for 5 GB and unlimited calls and text. If I see a deal like this, would they change it or offer anything?

Defo I pay £2.32 for 20gb data and unlimited mins and texts so it’s worth to haggle

Whatttt - how did you manage that?
Wow £2.32?? I'd like to know as well - I'm still on a 3g contract which ended 6 years ago!
Started off paying £20 3 years ago, then dropped to £15 after a year, then £11 and then somehow after my last haggle online chat it went to £1.49 but due to the RPI it’s increased to £2.32. Just call and ask for pac code and make sure you get that pac code. After a few hours they will call you back

When I tried to get a better deal last week for SIm Only was told all I could have was their 20 for 20 offer. Im currently only paying 16 for 15gb 4gee plus where the 20 for 20 is the standard 4g. Was hoping for 20-25 gig for around £15 but they were not playing ball

Jeez! They wouldn't budge with me but I am happy to leave them, they caused a lot of issues for me in regards to poor coverage.
I'm tempted, I'm just concerned the cashback wont get paid.
Its incredibly cheap though.

Not for me they didn't, they weren't very accommodating but despite saying that I am considering going back to EE as a better signal than Virgin.

this is what I am worried about, but it seems simple - follow the rules and they ought to honour it.

Yes, like I say I did my first cashback deal a couple of years ago with mobilephonesdirect, that was easy to do, submit the relevant bill and 2-3 days later the cashback was credited to my account.

I have ordered mine and it ought to be here tomorrow, but I did check my online account in reference to sending the bill over and it seems pretty simple: name; number; bill date; pic. of bill & that was it, me thinks.

Also, 60 days to do it within the contract which is plenty of time for less than a 5 minute job.

I have used e2save in the past, never had an issue with cashback.
Fonehouse rating is better then e2save on trustpilot. So I might actually give it a go.
Seems to have vanished from their website now?

Trouble is when porting your number over , the numbers will not match. You still able to claim the cashback then?

Oh yes, I didn't think of that.. Oh well, I will just change my number then. I will call tomorrow to ask, actually.
It's back now but different price. £12 / month
It is back, and they increased prices on all of them - I really hope they honour our price. Do you reckon they will charge us the extra or stick to the original?

Haha, just done a speed test on EE 4G and this is what I got [Image]

How do you get the EE chat to work as I can never see the online chat anymore as an option?
Is this deal expired?
Should include having to send 5 cashbacks by recorded delivery to ensure they arrive and don't 'disappear' in the post.

It should be fine - you just need to change the phone number with the retailer (they expect most people will port numbers) - check their information though
