12 month contract. Includes unlimited minutes and texts, and the usual BT Sport, and six months Apple Music.

Mentioned the Three deal for offering 12GB, unlimited minutes and texts for £15pm and they offered this for £13.99.

Cold from me. Got the same deal, but with max and 25GB of data a month for £15/month via retention's.
I want to move to EE any suggestions how to get the best sim only deal.
Heat from me.

I got the Max deal couple months ago, tried to activate the 6 months free Apple music and could not get it to work so I cancelled the 'add on' to ensure I didn't get charged on month 7 (it shows up as an add on in your account) and I got a refund for that month even though it was a free offer. I didn't need it as I use other music apps. Remember to cancel before 6 months or they charge for it.

Yeah I just cancelled mine the other day cos someone like you reminded me
Sorry , what is this 'Personal hotspot' the OP is referring to? If it is tethering that's surely standard/allowed/free on all EE tarrifs?

What's the best way of going about these retention offers? I was on the phone to EE two nights back and told them I was wanting to leave my SIM only contract since I was getting better deals elsewhere, and they just went "Ok cya"

can you give more info on what plan this is? I have tried to get thid from ee using the info you provided but they asked for more info to match it.
Not a good deal. Bt which is the same offers much better deal.
how do I join with a good deal..rang a few times and only offered me what was already on the website and said they can't do any better
You could potentially try taking out a PAYG or cheap 1 month SIM only contract and then try as an existing customer. You may have more luck.

Indeed or our 32gb data is here soon on the 8th Jan if you want pure data and an osprey. Incidentally when I use my osprey 1 under load the casing lifts away. Is it dangerous to use
What do they mean by "5 extra destinations"? You can pick five additional countries outside of the the inclusive roaming countries free? Or you get five preordained countries on top? Cracking deal if you can choose.

Got 30GB Max few weeks ago for 14.99 a month, with the extra countries and tethering included.
Honestly, I could literally punch people right in the nose when they say “cold from me, I got a better deal, ner ner ner ner ner”. Vomit worthy.
