Before taking this on check the speed cap on this contract. On the EE MAX plans they have no cap. Do speeds not throttled down! Other tariffs on EE they are throttled down!!!

Heat for the post though!
I got this...£8.50 a month..I thank you

EE doesn't do Max sim only plans any more and hasn't for a while. Only essential plans are meant to be throttled but generally people on here get more than 60mbps.

Yes correct I’m telling people to check the throttling speeds on this tariff before they sign upto an 18 month contract! I have not mentioned they do EE MAX plans was just stating as a comparison!!
Does this outfit require hard copy bills or can it be done electronically?

Can't see tethering details. Presumably not a problem?
missionary10/04/2020 19:44

How?

I asked for a pac code and this was the offer I was offered if I took it the same day..even got 2 swappables included and it’s still on a 30 day rolling contract

Do you call them to ask for PAC code? Or do it by SMS, and someone called you back?

Can you provide a number you called please ?

The 20gb deal (24 months) for £10.46 a month is good enough for me! Thanks for this

I will be honest since lock down they have been throttling my speeds right down. I get around 10mbs avg atm. It starts well at around 45mbs to 60mbs but swiftly drops.
Has the yearly price increase happened yet with EE? Presumably this price is set for the next 12 months?

I'm in my first week. So good so far. I chose the rolling contract as the VM Empire Empire didn't bothered to satisfy my requirements.

Has anybody used this company before and are they reliable? How does the cashback work? Do you just get so much a month for example?

Likely that they're suffering from bandwidth issues due to people staying at home, especially now they have unlimited data plans.

What was it like before? I used to get up to ~150 but don't think it will be close to that at the now.

Interesting. They would never offer me that. What contract was you on before?
Can I apply the NHS 20% discount to this and still claim cashback or will that that invalidate it?

Anyone know about EE data performance in Spain? Seems that it can be a bit patchy and I might be better going for one of the Voda deals.

I'd imagine you'd roam onto the same local networks so I'd be surprised if there was any difference

Its my understanding each network has its preferrred partner esp for 4G - except Voda which has its own presence in Spain.

EE list:
SPAIN Telefonica Moviles and Spain SPAIN Xfera Moviles

I think O2 are part of the Movistar company and they do have the best coverage in Spain

They have changed their process at the moment due to COVID so are accepting emails. I am also concerned by some of the reviews and was hoping somebody on here would be able to provide a review

Thanks, if they go back to postal that would be ball-ache and cost a bit to ensure recorded delivery, etc.

Yep you would hope they keep or improve the current system now going forward. Much more environmentally friendly and efficient. Concern about a lot of the reviews are once you have ordered they just completely lack any sense of ownership afterwards. Doesn’t sound good when wanting to claim money from them

It was on the help bit of the website.

I'm tempted but if it means having to post it then not sure I'll bother.
