Not bad. I got 20GB for £16.50/month from EE on a 2nd line a while ago. Don't understand why this is going cold when the offer I got went blazing hot at the time. Did you get the Apple Music and BT Sports add ons free with that too?
I pay £15 for double this on a retention deal

When did you get that deal? I am hoping to get the same deal as my contact ends in one month.
Got 25gb for £20 this week
    Got 30gb for 20.99 on a 4GEE max deal.
Just done the same and they offered to increase my bill by 50p! I asked for my PAC code instead and will be switching.

    I currently get 16GB for £20.49

This deal has been around for a while. Phone back and quote this deal and see if they will do it.

Hi Ash, when my contract is up, I tend to see what other deals are about with other networks, especially BT who own EE now. Then call EE to see if they can match/beat that deal. If not I submit my cancellation notice to them. They will call you back to offer better deals, sky do the same. End of the day, if you cancel, you get your pac code from your supplier and you can take your number with you to another network if need be. Worst case scenario is to just remain with your current network and take their best deal, but it doesn't hurt to ask.
Not bad, I got the same but for £16.99 a month through customer service desk when I asked for my PAC. I could have tried harder and cancelled and waited for retentions but took the easy option.

Is yours the MAX deal that includes roaming in 53 countries including USA (that's what I got)

EE should only be offering Max plans with Australasia & Americas 5 countries now. Old plans are closed - unless EE rep messed up.

I'm on a Max plan and it states on my account I have 53 countries for roaming . When I was to leave I asked for my PAC as I wanted to go to Three who offered USA roaming so EE gave me a Max plan that covers USA.... my plan states:

As well as EU roaming, Max plan customers will also be able to take their inclusive allowance to Australia, Canada, Mexico, New Zealand and the USA

This is exactly what I've been offered today either 10gb plan @ £14.99 or 15gb plan @ £15.99 through retentions. Won't offer any loyalty discount and unwilling to match any other network.
I've seen Advanced plan with Three, 12gb @ £14 (plus cashback if it works).

Don't really know what to do as EE really does have the best 4G network where I live. What have the other folk on this thread done if not carried on with EE?
Just called EE and they offered me £9.99 4GB Data, unlimited mins and texts but I don't think that's a good deal!
