for a toddler it should be OK. don't need ipad quality. go for it hun x

I got a hipstreet 10" from tesco for my 4 year old £69 faster than most other tablets he's had .

Voted hot for the value. OP would be fine for the purpose you bought.

I need a cheap tablet for my nephew. He likes to play simple games on my phone and he keeps getting his grubby fingerprints on it haha Need to treat him

asda has a 10" tablet for £59, not sure of the specs

Its mad here....not the best tablet but op has said its for a youngster.....and you are telling her to buy better spec for £60 or £70.... This is £20 and the kid can break it without too many tears (_;)

this is an astonishingly poor tablet - an Amazon fire at £50 would be many times better, or at about £100 they have the kids version with a 2 year no questions warranty - drop it in the toilet, they will replace it.
if you only have £20 to spend this will probably be ok for videos but no recent games will be useable.

I wonder how a company decides: "I know, lets go into the disposable tablet market"...

They don't, they go for the "hey guys I found a great deal; only £20 for a tablet" market - ie the folk that think it's more important to spend money on crap than it is to buy a good experience.

i would try and find a 2nd hand hudl if you can push budget towards 30 quid

2 for £30 seems a good deal for the kids
