Was looking for a decent tower speaker with Bluetooth, but chanced upon this during my search, which is a decent price. Although it doesnt have bluetooth, it will do the work for many.

They are throwing in a 10% discount for new customers, and free P&P as well

Again!!!! Be careful using the word decent. 20W of pure power

You might like to search ebay for "A2DP receiver" on ebay. Turns any amped speaker into a bluetooth speaker.

I've got a bluetooth v4 one. Works great for up to 10m (30ft).

looks like they have acne.

Tat i wouldn't waste your £40 + if your a new customer credit checks ect & the hassle of dealing with studio.......you'll be lucky to see it this side of xmas.

These only appear to come with phono connections. Be nice if the rear surround sound speakers could be blue-toothed.

I'm sorry, but you're wrong. A fair few do come with 3.5mm jacks. Even so, you can easily get the correct phono-to-3.5mm jack cables.

This is the one I've got, because I wanted a black one and I didn't want to wait for post from china.

btw, I got confused, I got a v4 bluetooth dongle for my PC. Either way, it works fine.

The silver thing sticking out is a 3.5mm male to 3.5mm male barrel. The device itself has a 3.5mm female jack. Dead easy to set up. Just needed a full charge when I got it.

Ok can you find me any that don't have phono plugs or sockets? The back of my system requires cables (speaker wires) pushed into holes with clamps to hold them in place, not Phono's or as they are also known RCA or Jacks.

I see the problem now... you're after ones for your back speakers. Well it wouldn't work anyways, since you need powered back speakers. (Built in amps). (I thought at first you were talking about wiring up to the OP's speaker)

As for your cables... you could wire them up to phono/RCA/3.5mm jacks, what ever you wanted.

Phono has the +/- lines just like the cables your talking about. So does normal stereo plugs, just that two of the wires are shared, so you end up with a 3 wire connection.

You could do the from following...

from your amp/audio receiver 5.1 thing...

I'm sure you can get the cables in this country, I'm just using these as an example...

ebay.co.uk/itm…cae

then hook that up to this

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3-5MM-STEREO-JACK-MALE-TO-2X-RCA-PHONO-FEMALE-ADAPTER-/360300626060?pt=UK_Computing_Sound_Vision_Audio_Cables_Adapters&hash=item53e397408c

then to this, to transmit...

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bluetooth-3-5mm-A2DP-Stereo-Audio-Adapter-Dongle-Transmitter-4-TV-PC-MP3-Walkman-/231050769203?pt=UK_Computing_USB_Bluetooth_Adapters_Dongles&hash=item35cbb2f333

Then both lots of those cables again to hook up to the speakers, with the receiver I posted before.

Then link the transmitter BT to the receiver BT. Then that's it. Of course both would need a power source to keep powered all the time. Something like a 500ma USB wall plug should work for each one.

I repeat though, your back speakers, would need to be internally powered, in which case they most likely would have phono or a 3.5mm jack coming out of them. (I'm sure you would figure out how to wire them up.)

With a 4x 5W RMS output, they completely immerse you in a wall of sound and create a wonderfully satisfying audio experience that you simply don’t get with basic earphones.

Please note wall of sound experience may vary and is based on a 10cm x 20cm lego wall, satisfying audio experience was compared to basic earphones that came free with a £4 mp3 player from Woolworths.

Don't blame you mate. Studios RRP leaves a lot to be desired & if your not a studio customer already it's nothing but hassle & the speakers are junk for £40
