Decent price for a brushless combi drill with two 2.0Ah batteries included. Also comes with a high-speed charger and a storage case. I'm not sure if the extra handle is removable or not, but it will help when drilling through sturdy walls.
Anyway, yours for £89 including delivery.

sorted byI emailed Wickes to check I had been given the correct info and they replied that i would need to return it to einhell myself for repair or exchange, the only reason I bought it from a physical store was I could exchange it quickly if it broke as waiting for it to be sent away and returned would leave me without a much needed tool. Also in einhells small print it states if the fault was not due to a faulty part I would be charged .
So might as well buy online from now on then.
The last time I had customer service like that was with Currys decades ago and never used them again as I will never buy power tools from Wickes from now on.
I will stick to Screwfix and Toolstation as never had a problem with them exchanging a faulty power tool. (edited)
They are all the TE-CD 18 family, there is different models. Amazon list the different products
Perfectly fine for that. Don't know about Ryobi but they are far better than the usual Bosch green DIYers get.
In my opinion they are the best value brand. If you can afford to pay more then yes Makita which has a great range including gardening tools will be better but Einhell can often be had for bargain prices from Amazon/Toolstation/Wickes.
That has a max torque 44Nm, and it's not the same to this brushless 60Nm version.
Will be general DIY purposes, putting up shelves (the walls are blooming tough to get through though!) putting flat-packed furniture together and a big summer house, also taking up and drilling down floorboards. May need to drill into the masonry outside at some point but not that important. The above is just a few examples as I'm sure I'll find more things that need doing. Thanks in advance!
Hi, I'm not an expert but I think with the 60nm, this drill should have you covered
I like that you can swap and change the batteries on them. But then I suppose you can do that with most brands now.
I need to make a decision on which ecosystem I invest in and I've been thinking of Ryobi for drill, strimmer, hedge trimmer, etc., but they never seem to have any good deals on.
Yeah, have to agree. I bought a house 8months ago so they have had a bit of a hammering lately and can't fault them. My only gripe is those 2.0ah batteries aren't great but I pretty much use the 4.0ah ones for everything now.

It's the same brushless drill te-cd18, no? Part number is different as it includes 2*2 batteries?
Also noticed it comes with case, which makes up for price difference maybe. (edited)
That’s not brushless
