This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

Decent price for a brushless combi drill with two 2.0Ah batteries included. Also comes with a high-speed charger and a storage case. I'm not sure if the extra handle is removable or not, but it will help when drilling through sturdy walls.

Anyway, yours for £89 including delivery.

Tried to return a faulty cordless einhell grinder to Wickes a couple of weeks ago within the warranty for an exchange and they refused to change it saying I had to return it to einhell myself as it was over 30 days and that was einhells new policy, I called einhell to check and they said Wickes could exchange it if they wanted to .
I emailed Wickes to check I had been given the correct info and they replied that i would need to return it to einhell myself for repair or exchange, the only reason I bought it from a physical store was I could exchange it quickly if it broke as waiting for it to be sent away and returned would leave me without a much needed tool. Also in einhells small print it states if the fault was not due to a faulty part I would be charged .
So might as well buy online from now on then.
The last time I had customer service like that was with Currys decades ago and never used them again as I will never buy power tools from Wickes from now on.
I will stick to Screwfix and Toolstation as never had a problem with them exchanging a faulty power tool. (edited)

I really like Einhell tools for diy use, probably not good enough for trade but they are such good value especially when you get the free batteries like b and q are doing at the moment. I have 4 now and all perform as i would expect if not better.

I have a lot of Einhell tools purchased from various HUKD deals and this particular drill does take a lot of abuse from me so I can highly recommend it. If your looking for a decent combi drill then this will do all the jobs.

Part number is different as it includes 2*2 batteries and I may be wrong but the torque relates to the battery, so the 2.0 will be higher than the 1.5 sold with the band one, but the 2.5 additional battery will support higher loads. Or am I completely off the markAlso noticed it comes with case, which makes up for price difference maybe.

They are all the TE-CD 18 family, there is different models. Amazon list the different products

Perfectly fine for that. Don't know about Ryobi but they are far better than the usual Bosch green DIYers get.

In my opinion they are the best value brand. If you can afford to pay more then yes Makita which has a great range including gardening tools will be better but Einhell can often be had for bargain prices from Amazon/Toolstation/Wickes.

That has a max torque 44Nm, and it's not the same to this brushless 60Nm version.

Well, thanks both above commentors. Had settled on the te-cd 18 and looked around and thought I'd decided on bandq being the cheapest deal. Nice of einhell and the sellers making it clear on the differences, eh!

Can anyone help in regards to this being what I need? Ex took most tools as they were his, so I've been buying what I need as and when. Need a drill but a bit overwhelmed with the types!
Will be general DIY purposes, putting up shelves (the walls are blooming tough to get through though!) putting flat-packed furniture together and a big summer house, also taking up and drilling down floorboards. May need to drill into the masonry outside at some point but not that important. The above is just a few examples as I'm sure I'll find more things that need doing. Thanks in advance!

Hi, I'm not an expert but I think with the 60nm, this drill should have you covered

I like that you can swap and change the batteries on them. But then I suppose you can do that with most brands now.

The deal on wickes for both drill and impact driver for 149 looks good too ,

Yeah, have to agree. I bought a house 8months ago so they have had a bit of a hammering lately and can't fault them. My only gripe is those 2.0ah batteries aren't great but I pretty much use the 4.0ah ones for everything now.

I also have this and used it with a core drill last week. Nice drill not for trade but ideal for diy

    I know this is 2 * 2.0Ah batteries but isn't the b&q drill + 1.5Ah + 2.5Ah for £65 better value?
