Cheapest one I could find. Comes with car charger but no mains unfortunately. A mains converter can be bought for around £20 in the main stores (couple of quid cheaper on ebay) - cheap ones are not suitable! The converter must be able to handle 5w, which cheap ones do not and they will just blow.

A lot of people complain about electric cool boxes because they expect them to act like fridges. They are not a fridge, they only keep food cooler for longer than a standard cool box. Best results are achieved by putting chilled food in the box in the first place, not warm and then expecting the box to cool it down - which would take a while, if at all.

Worked perfectly for me on a very hot day - the car must have been heated to 40 degrees or more. I left some chilled food from shopping in the coolbox whilst I went to other shops, and 2 hours later, the food was still chilled. They would have been totally spoiled otherwise.

We have a campinggaz one of these and our works perfectly as a fridge. We kept a Xmas Turkey in one for 3 days and temperature remained about 2 degrees. When we go camping our milk & butter stay ice cold the whole weekend. Excellent accessory!

Why cold apart from the product?!
