I've tried talking to my cat using Alexa drop in, I suppose with a camera at least I can see that she's just ignoring me rather than just wonder if she's actually there.

I have Chinese camera. How can I view it from work..now it only works if I'm connected to my router wich my camera is also " tied ".
If somebody can explain ..will be much appreciated. Have patience as I'm a bit thick..

You will probably need to set up a static IP for camera and do some port forwarding on router.
You should also consider a domain with noip.com or similar, it's free.
