Cheers,i have a mibox. Just enquiring if it is suitable to stream.
The ElectriQ 55" oled runs android os I have one and it is without doubt the worst ui I have ever used, so much so that I had to buy a firestick to use Prime and Netflix even though those apps are on the TV.
so which are the best 4k smart android tv/s that have enough ram and able to install apps from google store?

Tbh You're better off buying a 4K Android box with a minimum of 4 GB of RAM and 32 storage..

What the spec on your box?
The UI on these cheapo android TV's is an absolute nightmare to use. Definitely get a fire stick or something similar.

Sony have better picture processing, more natural colour and better motion handling, here a link it's from a post I did week earlier for Sony 43 inch 4k-ultra-hd android, like new direct from Sony refurbished with full warranty 170 saving

About the same as this tv, the Toshiba TV your looking at is rebranded vestel, the sharp, Hitachi and logics TV all virtually the same, just slight cosmetic differences, they use the basic off the shelf video procceessor, so quality isn't great. I sent link earlier for Sony refurbished, better quality overall. Here's the link

Footie and movies freeview etc

Lgs are usually best with motion so will be good for footie, look on ebay there was a pre owned hisense 43b7500 for 209 i mean thats what i would go for tbh.
Thanks guys unfortunately ebay one won't deliver to Ireland
Don’t buy, cheap TVs are not worth it...

Depends on its purpose. Reality TV in the bedroom this is more than good enough. Movies, not so much.

Linus did a budget TV video the other day that's worth watching as the 2nd cheapest TV tested at a little over $200 was better than the LG and Samsung for value and comparable on specs.
Comparable models means they are there lower tier e.g budget sets and I wouldn’t recommend those models either, mid to high end I would look at and have bought..
Deal gone now. I have to say customer service was abismul, they tell me this is a brand of TV to them. Feel happier not got it as imagine if it went wrong.
Ohhh and it says FREE postage but it is not free. That is an internal error and said I would have been charged anyway lol

Note that this is not Android TV. This is a TV, running Android (same software as your phone) with a custom launcher to make it more more suitable for interacting with a remote control. There's a big difference and you wont get the same level of user experience that you would with a device that actually runs Android TV.
Thank you for posting, we have added this to the Highlights pages
Laptops direct out performing many at the moment. Have heat.
Brought this this for office a couple of month ago from same source. If you hoping android OS dont buy for this reason only as terrible you better buying android tv box instead. Other tv is good.
They put the HDR logo on everything now even if its peak brightness and contrast mean it looks basically the same as when it's off

It's slightly more complicated than that. The Toshiba TV's, while made by Vestel, aren't the same as the off the shelf rebrands, they generally have better quality panels, slightly more RAM, better speakers, and better video processing. The new TRU processing in TV's higher up in the range is very good, easily comparable to LG and Samsung motion processing.

Toshiba is Vestels flagship brand in Europe.

This particular TV isn't made by Vestel, although other ElectriQ branded TV's are.
