Slightly cheaper at Geekbuying and Tinydeals for under £150 but only availble in red. Good specs but there is better for the same amount (but may be andriod 6.0). But this looks like a great phone with Android 7 and that all important B20 band for 02 4G users
I think the "no bezel" phones with facial recognition have made these way out of date now.Still a good deal of course

Yeah I looked at the no bezel version but they don't have any removable storage, which is I needed.

I was wondering about that. I don't need a new phone, quite happy with my iPhone 6s. But must admit found the bezel-less ones tempting, and wondered about whether they did an SD micro space or not. I noticed one I was looking at claimed to be a dual sim where one could be used as an SD slot which puzzled me, but wasn't interested enough to read on. But still.....the bezel less ones look great

Facial recognition has been part of android for a long time now. It's just being advertised by OEMs because of the iPhone X.

I wouldn't buy this phone anyway, it's MediaTek trash, still runs android 7 and won't ever be updated.

Just to update, phone arrived today, only 3 days delivery from Germany warehouse no extra tax to pay for, works like a dream, really fast and excellent screen, massive upgrade on my Samsung S6 edge. Feels like quality to hold and just to confirm the secondarily SIM card slot can also double as a micro SD slot.

Well, it's the first time I've been aware of it anyway !
Don't do it!

I bought an Elephone S8 from Gearbest when they launched late last year. It stopped working in January and now Gearbest tell me they'll get around to fixing it in the next month or two because they have so many phones to repair right now.

Which they won't be able to do and will then no doubt offer me a derisory amount for it.
It's £195 now on both Gearbest plus Banggood and no way worth that in today's marketplace.
