It looks like the sort of thing I need. I wish I knew what it did though.

Didn’t notice that! Still, a very good price for what it does.

It’s a short cut keyboard for streamers but can be useful for editing too
maybe is a nice toy .. but all it is a TOY and for that is too pricey

Not really. It's a great piece of kit for those that actually invest time in streaming.
Sadly, most aspiring streamers will never make enough stream bucks to cover this hardware purchase.
same price on amazon at the moment, posted the link the other day, for anyone who prefers the amazon purchase route
What does it do??
Was looking at this earlier as i wanted it to do certain things.
I downloaded the software and can see it will allow you to write text and play it back in say notepad. We have a businesss so it would be great for entering commonly used pieces of text into a document.
What I also wanted it to do is allow me to save keystrokes. for something like excel where the keystrokes might be "2 tab tab 7 ctrl+c" etc. I could not find a way to do that . Is it possible to do something like that?

TIA

Looks like it can, according to their twitter.
Not just for streaming, you can assign keys and folders with shortcuts to any action in any application. A huge time saver for Photoshop/Office/Audio/Video work.

If you are doing something in excel why don’t you use an excel macro? It’s built in the excel you just need to turn on the developer toolbar..
It not actually for excell but its best to explain it that way.

Did look into it and it seems from what I can gather only take a shortcut ie ctrl+c, it can do text to about 500 letters.

it seems cant do macro recording on its own. You have to run another programme called autohotkeys (which seems pretty complicated) which creates the macros and then you supply hotkeys for that macro. A very big dent in what it can actually do for me.

Yeah that’s a lot of setup without much payoff.
I sent them a message to confirm this and got the message back that it would no do this.

They said they would inform the tech department so in the future it might become available..... thing is there was a forum post I saw that was 6 months old which basicly said exactly the same and I can see they realy are either dragging their heels or not doing anything about this lacking feature.

Seems this has been developed well then abandoned.
