Turns your bike into a static exercise bike
Type of turbo trainer, stick your back wheel on it and it essentially turns your bike into an exercise bike so you can use it indoors over the winter. Braw

I'm a cyclist. I've never owned one of these. I guess you put a bike on it. It probably raises the rear wheel. You then pedal stationary at home and it keeps you fit as a cyclist during the icy winter months where its perhaps too dangerous to go on the bike.
youll be bored silly within not very long at all

splash out and get a refurb smart trainer for another 50 quid
Got one thanks. I fully intend to use it once.
Good for lycra wearing cyclists who are soft and scared of the rain. I'm rock and Mountain bike through anything so no good for myself.

Smart trainers look good but apps like Zwift have expensive monthly fee ( any cheaper ideas )
