My Uncle used to run a Bonsai treee factory. He got so sucessful, he had to move to smaller premises!!!

Imagine what that will look like after Amazon has delivered this....

The plant will be ok because, including the paper packing, there'll be three trees included in the amazon box

I'd love one but if I put one outside it would probably get nicked round here
Noticed there were 6 comments and you should see the disappointment on my face when there were no karate kid related posts... 😔
OP is ageist,Nan or Grandad?
IF this arrives with leaves still on, give it 3 weeks and it'll be dead.

I brought one home from holiday. It looked so beautiful for about a month before it died!
Amazon have a special edition ...

Ordered thanx op
Nice gift but just a warning that they are tricky to look after. I have had a couple and they did not last more than a few months
They die because people keep them indoors, then forget to water it for a few days, then over water it to compensate. Best to keep them outdoors during the summer months and move them into a greenhouse for winter.

It's basic biology that plants need sunlight to survive.
I got the exact same one of these over a year ago and can vouch that they are very good, cut and wired in correct Bonsai style in a little blue glazed pot with saucer. They must live outdoors and need watering regularly (every day in the summer) and prefer dappled shade.

Price is nothing special, they always seem to be this price on Amazon/ebay.
I always keep this variety indoor on a sunny windowsill. No problems for years.

Did you put it outside? Depending on plant you'd have to move it between indoors and outdoors based on weather
Quick warning......only wrap the night before! These are tiny pots and dry out quickly in the central heating environment. You don't want someone to unwrap a nicely potted twig!
I've killed two beautiful trees They seem to need lots of sunshine and tlc

That's what they all say - Sunshine

You're nicked for the Bonsai serial murders!

Not quite officer, a serial killer must have at least 3 victims - or are you suggesting I've murdered another innocent miniature tree?
Wouldn't bother, the one I ordered for a gift came today and it looks terrible. It's been trimmed within an inch of its life and soil is dry, leaves are turning yellow!

Exactly the same experience londonlad19.

I wasn't hoping for miracles, but I was very disappointed for what we paid. Fiver at the most is what it is worth.
1. Not more than 7 cm tall/wide
2. Soil is completely dry and all over the box
3. Most of the leaves are yellow.
Anyone had a different delivery to londonlad19 and me?
Ordered two, only one arrived! The one that did arrive was filthy, very neglected and looked like it was a previous customers that been returned. Have contacted amazon for a refund

That is shocking. Amazon has been becoming the new EBay. Don't know what sh*t will turn up.
I am hoping to revive the plant by taking care. Anyone have any instructions on how to take care of these poor plants?
