    These any good for adding to creamy pasta sauces?

    Yes. Works exactly the same as cream in my experience. For thick sauces you'd still need to reduce it, as you would cream, until you get the consistency you require.

    I bought some about 2 hours ago in my local Asda, it was still £1.65 sadly.
