What's the main difference of this and the OM-D E-M10 III?

Weather sealing, faster continuous shooting and pixel-shift high res modes are the headline benefits. If you're interested in video then there's also the addition of a mic port, and the display fully flips around for self-monitoring while filming. As for actual image quality they're more or less the same.
Heat ..great deal but i am presently looking at the fujifilm xt-200 waiting for a good deal on that
I see it's only 16 megapixels, is it really worth for this price?

It's good for this size of sensor. More pixels will not help.

Cool thanks Kabs
This is the slowest camera I have ever used, I cannot wait 3 sec from switching on to take a shot, if you looking for to get some quick nice photo forget this camera
Outstanding camera and a great lens. I have this combination and its a fantastic camera/lens for travelling as its so compact. Don't let the 16MP sensor put you off, the image are great. The only negative would be the complexity, it could just be me but I found the learning curve steeper than Nikon, Sony and Pentax cameras I also own.
I should add that if you have big hands this may not be the camera for you. I added a cheap 3rd party grip from eBay and the handling was greatly improved. I still love this camera, clearly designed by real photographers.
