The Empire 150mm Professional Measuring Wheel is designed for commercial use, and is ideal for use in tight spaces where manoeuvrability is important. With a 1/3rd folding handle, carry bag, and total weight of just over 1 kilo, this Measuring Wheel is also perfect for both indoor and outdoor measurements in areas that are inaccessible by vehicles. The true-zero indicator shows the exact starting point for measurements, while the trigger brake prevents free wheel spinning when the wheel is not in contact with the surface to be measured.
Folds down to 1/3rd size, Handle mounted trigger brake, Maximum reading 99999cm (999.99M), 150mm diameter wheel, Carry bag included/.

Selling on on eBay
Measuring non linear distances eg garden paths/borders
Putting it in a prominent location in your garage to look more professional
Letting a new buyer for your home see it in your garage to think you're more professional and giving you thousands of £s more for your house
