Not really a duplicate- different price and ebuyer on eBay is a different supplier to ebuyer's own online outlet.

Exactly. Besides the obvious advantages, the digital economy act is technically going live in a month's time, everyone really should think about abandoning torrents now before they start getting nasty letters.

Linux that bad boy (debian) and chuck sabnzbd on it (usenet client), not too sure how it will run though with only 64mb of ram to play with (if at all), but worth a punt I feel, worst case use as UPNP for the PS3 (just dont expect to run Twonky/PS3 Media Server on something like this as you need HORSEPOWER to re-encode video streams)

From experience, these boxes can be really really slow over the ethernet.

AFAIK, Nope

Be better of with a linux box, maybe one of those Intel D510MO boards with a PICO PSU or something. Thing thing is with usenet you need to do PAR repairs and RAR extracts on every download which are very processor intensive. Low end ARM hardware really isnt going to cut it.

There are some Qnap NAS's that offer sabnzbd+ compatibility but I don't know how good they are!

Debian folks is supported, and Jacksonliam is right its gonna be SLOW/naff with nzbs for the reprocessing (I was more thinking fire and forget come back eventually will be done... maybe)

can this be used to just network your printer and hard drive

Can it be used as asterisk pbx or can it run ddwrt or openwrt?

bobdylan is the one who should be apologising, not you!

I don't know why so cold - its just as cheap as the ebuyer deal if you factor in postage... the ebuyer deal got HOT!
