very disapointing reviews.

You can't ignore the great price for a 160Gb hard drive that gives you digital tv and the ability to play back all your media saved on your computer onto your tv is definately worth a shout. It's substantially cheaper than anywhere else on the internet and I'm buying one.

I think this is a very interesting product.

If it supported H264, or if there were a significant number of them on ebay to reference against, or even if it had recorded in some XViD-style CODEC, I'd have had a punt -- especially as I have 25 quid sat at CDiscount waiting to be spent.

As it is, the reviews put me off. Not convinced I'd get my money back if I didn't like the thing.

I have one of the older versions of this, worked fine for a couple of months then just went dead, tried flashing the firmware and all sorts and still nothing, wouldn't touch this make again
