I used to have vodafone and i am on Three. the vodafone Spead is a lot better. On three I have to wait for Instagram to load!
Good deal which I've now ordered.

I just cancelled my Plusnet account. I had 6gb data and unlimited mins and texts. However I sometimes got my voicemails a couple of days afterwards so got fed up with them. Plus they charge MMS for sending an emoji.
it's irritating this isn't available to existing customers.. I'm out of contract and would happily renew for this. Heaven forbid you concentrate on keeping what you've already got.

Similar situation...
Switched from Vodafone to plusnet around 6 months ago and have had quite a few network issues where people would ring me and it would go to voicemail and not being able to make or receive calls randomly. Last time it happened last week and I couldn’t make or receive calls for about an hour. My sister had the same issue so confirmed it was a network issue. When I called plusnet they couldn’t find anything wrong when clearly there was. That was the final straw. Back to a “ proper network”.

I went for the e2save offer...

Works out under £10/ month for unlimited mins/ texts and 18gb data. Have made calendar alerts on my phone to remind me to send in the cashback claims!

Port your number out to a different network then back to Vodafone once you have recited this sim. Can been done in 4-5 days if timed right

Then you become a new customer, Doh! You said you were out of contract? A new contract = NEW customer.
Does the 'data' roll over to the next month?
Good deal. TERRIBLE company
Vodafone net fine
Vodafone customer services God help u
How does Vodafone compare to VOXI?
Never had any issues with customer service they have always been quick to help and sort stuff out easily. 4* from me.
I now have 3 mobile and 1 broadband contracts with them .
Better than sky and three who I was with
£10.83 a month and only 1 claim to make, plus an extra 2gb of data compared to the e2save deal that i went for.

I'd be all over this otherwise. Ok it's an Amazon voucher, but i spend enough there to make that the same as cash.

Left Three as the coverage in Spain was pathetic, phone calls dropped, 4g forget it, 3g not happening, H if lucky, G occasionally, no signal most often. Movistar or Yoigo not providing the same service to Three clearly.

Then checked our data in the UK, and average s speed was at best 3g 2mbps, more often 1mbps, compared to Vodafone where I'm getting 4g 5mbps to 15mbps inside and better still outside.

Only thing you don't get with that 18gb deal is the nowtv/Spotify/sky sports add-on. I know it's not of interest to some, but worth a mention

There is a simpler way and I've been doing it for a few years now. Give notice on your contact and ask to be moved onto payg. You can then port your phone number onto the new SIM

SIMples!
Great deal. Just gone for it. Really hard to beat this.
This or the EE deal before.

Hey does getting a new number and then porting my Vodafone payg to Vodafone pay monthly count as new contract
Who gives out the Amazon voucher, Vodafone or Giftcloud and how are they as a company.
Will never go back to Vodafone, but will try and use this deal to get my EE renewal down.
Are Giftcloud 100% reliable ? E2save / mobiles.co.uk have paid without fail for around 10 yrs, so I am reluctant to move elsewhere.

How does Vodafone compare to VOXI?

It's the same company isn't it?
will wi-fi calling work on this? From what I can see it should, presumably if it's on a Red tariff (unlimited minutes)..
Ah, only one thing wrong, it is with Vodafone. Everything about Vodafone is bad, never again.
Are giftcloud honest? ‘Three’ never gave me a £15 Amazon voucher I was promised despite assuring me they would send it over tons of calls and hours wasted on the phone so they have placed an element of doubt with Amazon voucher deals

Nowtv/Spotify/sky sports add-on only available on "Red Entertainment" plan. This deal is for a "Red Extra" plan as is the e2save deal.

vodafone.co.uk/sho…ls/
Do you get the sky sports entertainment pass with this offer?
Good deal for what you get, but Vodafone is an absolutely dreadful company. Unforgivable treatment of hundreds of thousands of customers when they migrated billing system a couple of years ago, causing countless financial errors and even wrongly black marking peoples' credit reports.

The customer service still remains the worst in the business. In my experience you simply cannot trust what the reps say to you on the phone. Multiple times I've known them to say one thing and just do another completely, and then deny any knowledge when you complain.

Worst kind of company. No saving is worth getting tangled up with them.

Wouldv’e been sweet if it were. They’ve changed some of their Red plans lately I think. They no longer give you 3 months unlimited data, that was pretty sweet too!

The network is good, data speed is decebt and coverage is good. However, if somwthing goes wrong it can be a pain to sort out... customer service is rubbish - but you can just keep contacting them on live chat so dont have to sit in call queues, etc
Decent deal once you factor in the Amazon voucher.

Despite many Vodafone haters I like them. They always offer good retention deals (I'm paying £11.30 for 10GB and also got 2 months free so £9.40) - and their network is top notch in the places I use it.

Excellent network. I was with 3 for years. Find Vodafone much better.
Vodafone, no chance, if it was free I'd still think twice, when it's time to leave/change anything they'll overcharge you for months/ignore every communication you have with them while you try over and over again to get it sorted. Oh yeah good deal by the way, in theory anyway.

I’m on Vodafone and no worse than (in fact probably better than my work phone which is on EE) any others.
