These were labelled up at £16 but scanned in at £6 @ the Wolverhampton store. Same price online but ‘not available’. Worth checking your local if you are after some!

So weird how every so often waitrose clear these out. They then restock and then clear them again. Got them in mine for £2.49 with yellow labels last year. Good find at this price too!

Agree paid £6 from my local a while ago. But you got a real bargain...
Worth it just for the batteries
There is a reason why they clear these the charger is crap, you are only paying for the admittedly quality batteries

Then again for £6 it's a good deal if you can find a store with stock

If that's the reason then why do they restock the same product again? What's the issue with the charger?
Thanks op will have a look in the Dinglehampton store later

Batteries - excellent. But charger - poor, and likely to fry batteries.

Conclusion

This charger do always need 12.5 hours before it says done, this makes me wonder why the instruction sheets list shorter charge times.
It is not a good idea to charge full or half depleted batteries on this charger, it is best to charge only empty batteries.
I do generally not like this type of charger, it is hard on the batteries, because it always overcharge, but it may charge old mostly worn out batteries.

Is that a Skoda?
Get 'em before someone tweets that they're racist..
No waitrose store in Derby so got no chance of getting this
Great price. An 8 pack of these batteries is normally over £15 so this is a good deal for the batteries alone
I have this charger* & batteries set. The batteries charge pretty quick. No problems.
*sorry my bad, mine is the 'Smart & Quick Charger'.

1900mAh is Ok, Ikea Laada batteries which are apparently re-branded enloop pros, 2500mah and cost £5.50 a pack of four.
Aylesbury branch don’t stock ‘em
