Yup, cold as Rymans are cheaper without a code. I was able to use Quidco with them too. Stocked up.
Duracell and Energizer deals here always make me laugh because without exception they're always more expensive than Kodak Alkaline batteries, which are just as good, and easier to buy at your local Poundland or Poundworld.

haha you been smoking something? cheap battery's leak and destroy the toys they was in. stay away from pound shop batteries
I bought these the last time they were on sale and to be honest would not waste my money. Charge was poor and some were flat even thought they were in date. I would pay the extra and get some duracell procell. They are the best by far!
Is there anyone at all who can explain how this is a 'deal'?

I've been using poundland batteries for years to power all sorts of stuff from clocks to xbox controllers, never had any leakage problems?

Rubbish Kodak batts are crap they will just about work for a clock. However, if you have a digital camera or any other device that needs a powerful battery these won't even work when they're brand new. This deal is hot, heat added...
Considering you get 24 batteries with this deal makes it a good buy. Most devices nowadays need a battery with some power and the cheap ones won't work on so many of these devices even when they're brand new. I've ordered one box of AA/AAA, postage £4 but still a good deal as only works out at £7.39 for 24 batteries. HEAT ADDED to this hot deal...8)

Decent that, heat given.

I usually use batterywarehouse.co.uk
They tend to be quite cheap with free delivery.

You get a couple of free battery on orders too
There was a place did extensive tests on batteries & their conclusion was buy alkaline, but as cheaply as possible.

Ikea 10 for £1.50 or Home Bargains ReadyCell 10 for £1.59. Maplin also do good offers, but big packs and some poor feedback about duff batteries (like that above about these).

I do agree not to buy the 20 for a pound non-alkaline.

PS Nationwide & Halifax customers check your offers - one of them regularly gives a good discount on RD (12% IIRC)!

If i remember rightly, the alkaline batteries from Home and Bargains, did very well indeed in the tests that you mention

Goodness me, Julian Dean. That's not my experience and I'd wager that it's not the experience of the rest of the population. Your life sounds like pure Mr Bean, full of hilarious mishaps.
you wanna wager 1 pound for 10 batteries in your xbox? ok i accept you sad man.

What?! What wager? I don't mind you talking to yourself. But why have you involved me?

I hope I'm not being rude by intruding on your insane conversation with yourself, Mr Julian Dean, but I've been referring to Kodak Alkaline batteries which you get in packs of six in pound shops, not the zinc oxide batteries which are in bigger packs.
dude i think u need help. you either work for the pound shop or just cheap. either way i think the doctors open Monday so not long for you to wait now.
