Don't be daft, 4% is a lot when you're talking about millions of kg in battery waste

I have lots of these recycle batteries, all different mah though. I have been trying to source a charger that will do AA,AAA,9v as well as NiMH,
li-ion. A lot seem to be where you can only do like for like in each charger, not different ones. Will keep looking.

I bought one of these 2 weeks ago works well and you don't have to charge the batteries in pairs like most chargers.
£19.99 but there's a 7% off voucher art the min.

    No - I've done a Click & Collect - 2 packs of 4 @ £4.49 each = £8.98 total
That's both my exercise & unnecessary journeys sorted this weekend - you can keep your national parks (edited)

These batteries die so quickly. They require charging a lot more frequently that other batteries. Only good if you use the device they are in all the time and can rotate between a charging and using set.

I've got the Duracell 15 min charger. I know is not great to fast charge, but for me charging time is important. Got about 100 batteries since years ago and the % of those affected is really small. Considering how cheap the rechargeable batteries are now, I rather use a fast charger. I've paid about £15 for my charger. But as I said before, I came to the conclusion the Energizer rechargeable batteries are some of the worse.

40% recycled would be worth a mention

4% is a terrible marketing pitch

Still got my 30 yr old Ever Ready fast charger - still in occasional use even though it was made before NiMh batts came on the market

Eneloop are some of the best as far as I am aware, and if you want some cheap ones, I think the Ikea ones may have something to do with Eneloop.
I have several brands of rechargeable batteries, the worse for me were the Energizer and Fuji. The best and also the cheapest ones were Lidl and Varta. I never tried the Ikea ones but I've heard good things about them. I think they are £5.50 for 4 and have high capacity.

With regards to a fast charger, the cheapest I came across were from Duracell and Energizer, with some luck, you can get it for £15. Duracell has a few different fast chargers: 15 min, 45 min and so on. What you have to bear in mind, for example at 15 min, the batteries will not be fully charged in 15 min, even the light will suggest that. It will charge them at about 70% capacity, so you can use them straight away. Also 15 min is usually for 2 x AAA of smaller capacity than AA. They don't tell you this, so claiming to be a very fast charger is a bit misleading.
However, I am happy with mine and TBH every time I charge 4 x AA it takes 15-30 min and the batteries last for quite a while.

Just don't. I had a Lloytron charger, lasted less than a year and was not even used often. Strangely enough, the Lloytron rechargeable batteries I have, even are not great, they are still functional, while the Energizer ones, clearly a better brand, are not good anymore...

I haven't purchased from this company so I can't give an opinion on them but other purchasing options are available. (edited)
