The 240S is £65.99, or £69 on eBay.

Maintenance-free Cooling System
All-in-One liquid CPU cooler with pre-filled coolant offers best usability and maximum cooling performance for powerful PC systems with multi-core CPUs.

Shunt-Channel Technology
Patented cold plate design for maximum cooling performance. The shunt inside the micro fin structure minimizes the “Boundary Layer” effect, eliminates hot spots much quicker and ensures a perfect heat dissipation.

Stylish Water Block
Low operating noise and efficient cooling performance thanks to long-lasting ceramic bearing pump. Blue LED logo displays operation mode.
Features

Double Batwing Fans
The new and innovative development of the popular Batwing blade design. Thanks to the advanced shape of the fan blades, the Double Batwing fans achieve an exceptional high air flow rate to enhance the cooling performance while reducing the noise generation.

Adjustable Peak Speed Function & Automatic PWM Control
Easy fan speed customisation according to the system requirements. With a small switch at the back, the peak speed can be changed in three steps. The fan therefore offers three various RPM ranges: Silent Mode / Performance Mode / Overclock Mode. Within the selected mode, the fan is controlled automatically via PWM.

Effective Fan Decoupling
The fan is equipped with rubber pads to reduce the vibration and noise generation.

Do I vote hot or COLD? Oh the irony!

Louder than the Big Bang unfortunately.

That's because it has the fastest spinning fan at full load out of all the coolers... and it has TWO of them. And as the review states, you can set it to 'Quiet Mode' where it runs quieter for the sake of the temps raising 3c which is nothing really. Also, at idle it's the quietest...

You also need to understand, this is getting very close or bettering air/liquid coolers that are £25+ more expensive..

It reaches 56 db with just one fan. Plus, that 3 degrees difference (although it sounds small) puts the system pretty much at the bottom of every chart in that review sadly.

Hey, I understand you're defending your deal which is fair enough, and it's a decent product at a good price. Too loud for my taste though!

Ah yeah, I dun goofed and thought I could remember the review since I read it! I definitely agree, it's not the quietest but obviously people wanting to push their system to the maximum potential may need to make some sacrifices along the way. I mean for TechPowerUp to give it 9.0 and state 'exceptional performance' in the pro points (and that's without the outtake fan) means it's certainly not a bad unit!
