I've bought the Enkeeo 8x30 Monocular in the past amazon.co.uk/gp/…MM/ and it's surprisingly really good (bought it for £3.99 when they had a similar promo a few months ago). Lots of positive reviews about the Enkeeo 8x30 Monocular on Youtube.

You have to manually adjust this for first-time use.

I'm not seeing Youtube videos for this model, and I'm aware just going by the "brand-slap" is never a good idea, but Amazon US has some good feedback: amazon.com/pro…r=1 (the "crap" review may suggest issues with Quality Control, but at least Amazon have good customer service).

Bought one for my mum to put in with her Xmas, she has asked me for a cheapo monocular or binoculars after she heard me praising the one I bought boyf.

Here's one review of the 8x30 Monocular I bought previously amazon.co.uk/gp/…MM for £3.99 (might be worth watching the link for money-off promos, if you want something smaller)

My Non-Prime account came up with Free Shipping, but not sure if that's an old promo applying as it's not an account I use often. If anyone can confirm, please, I'll edit the Deal title (I can see a Mod has added a Non-Prime total).

No, nearer 32k.
Though if you close one eye you will get 16k if that helps.

Thanks these will make a nice Xmas Present for my Dad.

Nice find OP! Just ordered a set as a stocking filler for my 6 year old - he loves his old binoculars but they are a bit old now so I know that a new pair will be most welcomed.

Awesome thanks!

Ordered - free delivery, non-prime account.

Thanks OP, been looking for a cheap set so the kids can have go without having to worry too much about them getting damaged.

Yep, free delivery for non-prime accounts! Heat added!

great for spying, looking, at birds!!

I know nothing about binoculars but have a pair for sale. (Stockport)

they are 12x50

are these any good?

Just placed an order as looks good deal, but don't have a clue about binoculars, so hoping these will be good enough to spot wildlife and sealife on holiday/cruises...while not being too bulky for travelling!

These or a DJI 4K Drone for spying on people? Which would be the quietest and less conspicuous? or should I just use my phone over the fence? Seriously, this looks a good find may just opt to take a look for keeping an eye on my drone.

The spying will have to wait, NO LONGER AVAILABLE FROM THE SELLER" You guys are too quick!

Depends on the quality of the optics and build. 12 is the magnification, 50 is the diameter of the big lens. That's an unusual magnification, most bins are 10x50.

I owned a pair of 7x50's and they were the best I had until I lent them to my nephew and he dismantled them. Magnification is not the be all and end all, the more magnification, the steadier you need to hold them.

I own 3 pair of bins (10x50, 10x50 and 15x70) of varying quality plus a telescope. These would be better than nothing for astro viewing but a bigger objective lens (the 2nd number) is the most important.

Please if you buy these for a child, warn him about looking at the sun. These could easily blind a child.

Cheers, they are an old pair in perfect condition, probably over 30 years old hence the 12x50

You can be almost sure their not a cheap brand Chinese import so optics may be of decent quality. If they are pristine they may fetch more than you think. Quality has improved on imports and prices dropped recently but there are many more bad pairs than good (I can see the difference between the 3 pairs I own.)

they could be Zenith (if that's a brand)

Looks like a great little monocular! I like the compact size, 1-hand focus ring and the build looks slicker than others in this price range. Hopefully there's an offer soon.

Boyf took the monocular amazon.co.uk/gp/…MM (added link to avoid confusion) to Doncaster races (he has a much heavier Praktica spotting scope, but it's not much fun to travel long distances with) and said he could choose which bookies to go with, from way up in the stands I'm watching the page myself, as it gets such good reviews

The camel site says it was £7.99 a week ago. If it goes back to that I'm in. Thanks for the pointer! Never knew I even wanted anything like this till now
