Amazon have pricematched Gamestation great price.

So for those of you who hate Gamestation's new website design as much as me - there is another option

In Enslaved you take on the role of Monkey a strong, brutish loner who has been captured on a mysterious slave ship 150 years into the future. War and destruction have left the world in ruins and you are one of only a few humans left. On the slave ship you encounter Trip - a beautiful, tech-savvy young woman who is also at the mercy of her captors.

Trip is anxious to escape so she can make her way back home, but she knows she can't do it alone. She has the brains, but not the brawn - you, as Monkey are her ticket to freedom. You soon become Enslaved by Trip - bonded together by a slave headband. If you stray, you will be paralyzed by excruciating pain. If your stay, your fate is in her hands. In both cases, your freedom is no longer your own...

Character Bios:

Monkey - Andy Serkis
Based on the legend of Monkey, this acrobatic powerhouse is capable of devastating enemies with a mixture of close range attacks and plasma or stun blasts with his telescopic staff. His cloud device allows him to navigate over difficult terrain.

Trip - Lindsey Shaw
The tech-savvy Trip can re-purpose technology to help Monkey traverse perilous landscapes. She can cause distractions, scan enemies and areas and also upgrade Monkey's abilities.

Pigsy - Richard Ridings
A family friend of Trip's, Pigsy has an unhealthy obsession with women. He's an expert at salvage and a mechanical genius and his jealousy of Monkey and Trip produces some comedic banter.

The Mechs
Dormant mechs are scattered throughout a battered world, remnants of a war fought over a hundred years ago. These mechanical monstrosities vary in size and purpose from the easily dispatched models Monkey encounters early in the game to colossal, animatronic behemoths which require the player to consider strategically before engaging.

playing this at mo on hard difficulty boy its hard but determined to do it!! Would recommend doing it on hard as easy and normal are just too easy!! Good price btw

has this got the 3d update on 360?

On PS3, the 3D update comes with Pigsy's Perfect 10 DLC, may be the same with the 360 version.

Great game, didn't get nearly as much attention as it deserved.

Very under rated game.

Its a good game....but there were some frame rate issues on the 360 (at least there were when I had it!)

Also...there were a few points in the game where enemies got stuck (mainly those that charged at you), so you couldn't kill them, and therefore had to restart at the previous save point.

Very underrated game!! Unfortunately it didn't get enough advertisement! Would definitely recommend it.

I tried the demo on Ps3, kind of enjoyed it but found the frame rate to be extremely poor, it wasn't smooth at all. Is the frame rate on the real game better than the demo?

frame rate on the xbox is supposed to be better than the PS3 according to various comparisons on the web - have both machines, so will be plumping for that one - cheers!

here's a bit of an analysis - and good way to see some of the game to see if it's the kinda thing you like

(and don’t forget to fix frame rate issue in enslaved)

I've had several times where Trip has fallen through the floor and when you hold L1 to see where she's gone, she's falling in a loop under the ground. You have to restart from last checkpoint.
