Its a very popular game I've never actually played despite being told to by friends, and it's available on the Russian eShop for only £4.31; finally thought I would give it a go (I am primarily a PC gamer, but these sort of games just seem more Switch appropriate, so I have no issues double dipping in this circumstance.)

To be honest, I don't buy all the games I post the deals for...
So far this last month I have bought
Digital:
The Mummy Demastered
Metropolis Lux Obscura
Enter the Gungeon
Physical:
The Flame in the Flood
Thimbleweed Park
Splatoon 2
Rayman Legends

Thats just the Switch games though..I've blown a chunk on Amiibos, PS2 and Gamecube games too :'(

Which is still quite a lot, don't get me wrong... I know that, but nowhere near as many as the deals I have posted ahah
I do really need to rein in the spending....but I'm doing all that whilst getting a new mortgage and saving for a wedding...so not all going to shit haha

Ah, nay worry. I thought you'd gone crazy on Switch digital games since discovering region 'switching'
Which one would you say is the best one you've brought? I've completed oddesey and zelda but need something else now lol.
very fun game, a little frustraiting as its so bloomin hard and I hate the rat that steals my stuff!!!
Cracking game, this. But I've not played it nearly enough as I've had too many other games to play instead.
Is this the cheapest it's ever been?

Then here's a few suggestions in the orders I would place them, bear in mind my preferences will differ from others
Just take them with a grain of salt, have a look at some you might be interested in, and make your own decision if you're interested enough

AAA game recommendations for the Switch:
1 - Mario Odessy
2 - Legend of Zelda - Breath of the Wild
3 - Rayman Legends Definitive Edition
4 - Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
5 - Bayonetta 1 & 2
6 - Splatoon 2
7 - Dragon Quest Builders

My top indie eShop games:
1 - Super Meat Boy
2 - Shovel Knight
3 - The Mummy Demastered
4 - Steamworld games (1 / 2 / Heist)
5 - Darkest Dungeon
6 - Typoman (very short amount of gameplay though, but I really enjoyed it)

I'm not 100% certain if its the cheapest it's been on Switch, but I'm damn sure its the cheapest I personally have ever seen it for

I've actually not played it...I've seen really popular reviews for it; and everyone seems really positive...but I just don't think it looks very enjoyable from the (admittedly little) gameplay I have seen
Mummy is great though, I'm really enjoying it!

You listed 13 games and Stardew Valley didn't get a mention?!

It's a superb game

I just couldn't get into this game.. Blossom tales has me addicted at the moment for that retro zelda feel though.

I hear ya - managed to snag Thimbleweed Park Big Box from LRG
Bugger, bought at full price just last week. Great game though!
Finally managed to work out the Revolut thing. Someone on another thread explained that it's sometimes necessary to log out of the app and back in to see the details of your virtual card. Mine were all starred out initially, but all good now. £4.30-something for Gungeon, and c£15 left on my account - begging to be used on South African Outlast 2...
Heat. Gungeon is one of the finest games ever made.

Nice list . Mummy Demastered is criminally overlooked. I'm guessing because people assume a movie tie in will be bad.
If Super Meat Boy is your number one you should really give Celeste a go at some point.

Did you get the big box version of Thimbleweed??
Enter the Gungeon is a no brainer at this price. I have never completed it because it's so hard but I always enjoy another run at it. 25 hours in and it's still throwing new things at me.

The mummy demastered was a good game at release but there was some critism of it being too grindy and frustrating when you died. Apparently they patched this up and changed some of the mechanics, so I am very tempted with this now.

Nah, I only got standard... I was one of the first to order mine though as I had set everything up waiting for the exact second to buy
So it's not like I missed out on big box, just didn't think it was worth paying the extra for a game I know very little about haha (I've not played it before, but really looking forward to it!)

Bit of adventure game freak so I plumped for the big box. Like you was all ready to check out. Will be a nice release when it comes. Ty for all the Switch deals you have posted!
Heat OP, thanks for the find.

Because I was too lazy to use the Revolut method, I made a Russian account, linked it to my PayPal, and the total came in around £4.50.

Still a steal at this price on the Switch, and looking forward to gunning on the go.
