Epsom salt is also used for constipated pet fish...

Thanks, Aziza. Could you post a photo of the package, or a link, please?

Any point to this if you take strong magnesium supplements??

1Kg Westlab Epsom Salts, Dead Sea Salts, + a couple of others £2.49 from Home Bargains. Asda and B&M Bargains sometimes have them at a reasonable price.

Do you bathe in your magnesium supplements?

Thanks so much, Aziza. I will keep a lookout for them.

Magnesium is far more readily absorbed by skin than orally. Also avoids stomach issues which happens if you are taking any decent therapeutic dose.

I remember when my dad read that small drinking small quantities of this diluted with hot water was good for aches & pains. Well it made him forget his aches & pains - he was locked in the toilet for a week.

That's the stomach issues I referred to. Can be taken orally but in small doses. Again if.you.need a proper dose then it's got to be on the skin.
Make a super saturated solution with good water ( not tap water ) and apply this thick liquid on the areas affected.
Wash after 30-40 mins. Do not leave on as.it contains actual salt and may well dry and irritate your skin.
