Anyone know if it comes with a full set of inks?

Just beware re specification. I do NOT believe it has any form of Ethernet (wired or WiFi), and I don't think you will find EPSON saying anywhere it has Ethernet. It's interface to the world is a USB port.
There are OTHER models with WiFi and WiFi&Wired, but NOT the 305.

[Happy owner of a BX300F, fed with cheap compatibles, this BX305F is essentially the same EXCEPT the print head is slightly different and uses different set of Epson (compatible) carts. ]

Normally this model does. Oddly the BX305F is a USB model not with LAN / Wifi capabilities yet the product description states

Ethernet 10 Base-T/100 Base-TX, IEEE 802.11b, IEEE 802.11g, IEEE 802.11n

Fed it from new with 7Dayshop clone carts from 7Dayshop (after Quidco/TCB) either as T0715 sets for £4-£5 or 10's (eg black/blue) for £9 or so; but they have been creeping up in price (and/or not been on special when I've looked) and I am just about to experiment with cheaper eBay'd.
One moral: always make sure YOUR model is listed by the seller as compatible so you have 100% comeback if the carts do get rejected - which Epson firmware can do. (7Dayshop have in the past been exceptionally GOOD at taking back carts which proved incompatible with a later Canon printer which Canon replaced a faulty earlier model with - which friend had only agreed to take as the stock of clone carts he had were listed as compatible with both - but in fact weren't as Canon had moved the firmware on and only very recent clone carts were going to be compatible.)

BTW re networking these Epsons tend to have a W if they are WiFi ethernet interface and N if they are networked via wired Ethernet - otherwise just USB2 (and no cable in the box, get a 99p one from poundshops etc).

[Note the 305 uses a different/later set of #'d carts, presumably Epson's continuing game to outsmart the cloners, that they lost again]

It will come with a full set of cartridges C/Y/M/K but do NOT expect them to be the large/medium size capacity cartridges Epson offer normally/separately - ie even though this printer may well be cheaper than a set of Epson cartridges you're UNLIKELY to get the same carts.
