Great deal on a 720p Projector. I bought this on Boxing Day and am very pleased with it!

Review here when it was £300 more and marked down because of 3D support.

Also has horizontal lens shift which means it can sit on a table by the side of you rather than directly in front.

If only you could get 1080P at this kind of price

Still fair price for a proper branded projector I suppose

Already have a 800P projector, it's not a big name brand like this but I can't really justify an upgrade if I'm not bumping up the resolution too....

This does also do 800 if connected to a PC:

Yep I corrected my comment. Still wish 1080P would drop to this price point.

TBF 720P/800P doesn't look bad at all on a projector, but it can't help but feel like a step back especially when we are well into the 4K generation...
Keep a lookout @ Amazon Warehouse for cheap Projectors, especially when they do 20% off promo.

Bought 2 x Benq 1280 x 800 3D projectors for £110 each after discount and they were brand new with damaged box.

Why is it marked *down* for 3d support?

From review:

It also supports 3D, but you’ll have to buy Epson’s ELPGS03 active shutter glasses separately (£68 from www.ebuyer.com) as none are included in the box. We were disappointed that our pair of test glasses dimmed the brightness so much, but this wasn’t helped by either the 3D Dynamic or 3D Cinema colour modes. 3D Dynamic produced by far the brightest and most vivid colours, but 3D Cinema was almost too dark to see, and increasing the brightness simply made the image appear very white and even more washed out. Its 3D menu does have a brightness setting, but the difference between Low and High was almost negligible.
All 3D glasses (DLP or VESA link) will darken the movie.
